One civilized place where everyone gathers, and the prices are immediately high. The dishes are delicious and decent! The service was normal, but there was a situation, we celebrated a meeting with colleagues, the waiters tried very hard, everything was fine. When the table was almost empty, we went dancing and left our cigarettes and lighters, the waiter took everything away, asked where our cigarettes were, they didn't know, they called the receptionist, he didn't know either, but then abruptly brought it. Cigarettes were bought from them for 100 rubles. I was disappointed with the service in the end.

The rooms are beautiful, the view is wonderful, everything is comfortable. We were in early May 2023. And the room was sooooo cold. The stone floors were icy, the heated towel rail was icy, not even a single rug and cardboard thin slippers, it's just ridiculous for the hotel how this place positions itself. I liked the warm bathrobe and large towels, the bed was large and comfortable. But bask only in the shower or against each other. The TV didn't work at all, although they wrote just mind-blowing instructions on how to turn it on, but they were late and the equipment just gave up. It was very annoying that no one answered the phone from the room at the reception. And that in general there is simply no one at the reception, at check-in and check-out we expected at least some employee for 15-20 minutes. It turned out that they simply do not have such an employee. The hotel was built nice and expensive, but now it is falling into disrepair "due to" the lack of the right staff and service. It's not worth the money right now.

We visited this place for the first time and the last time. Two glasses of beer waited 40 minutes. During the 4 hours of gatherings, no ashtray was changed. The portions leave much to be desired. It feels like people go there for show- like I was in,,Bastion,, totally sucks
