The service is terrible. Girls don't know how to talk to customers. 09.07.24 at 18:33 I took the ticket. After half an hour in the 2nd window they say "the application is being updated for your operation, in 10 minutes I will call you by your number. (specified the number) 15 minutes maximum." After 16 minutes, I went to the window myself. I say that I have already approached and ask if I can perform the operation now. The answer is "Who are you?". They sent it to another window. I waited for the customer to be served in another window. I explain the situation to the girl again, the girl calls through another window: "Why did you send her to me?". After talking on the phone, the girl says to me: "Clearly, you were supposed to come up in 10 minutes and did not come up." I told the girl that I should have been called, and ignored in response. It's just awful. No apologies for the inconvenience, so they also accused me. As a result, with a small queue, I was served for an hour (I left at 19:30)

If a person has a long operation at the checkout, everyone else just waits for half an hour. No kidding, half an hour per person
