I really liked the hotel.
1. Location.
The very center of the city. All entertainment and shopping are within walking distance.
2. The territory of the hotel.
Not a big one. It consists of two buildings. The first building faces the sea (rooms facing the sea, side sea view, city view), the second building is located behind the first building with rooms with side sea or city views.
3. The room.
The purest. New furniture. The plumbing is in perfect condition.
Refrigerator, safe (free), water daily, spacious balcony, air conditioning.
The sound insulation is good both between the rooms and from the street (if you do not open the balcony)))
We were placed in the main building with a view of the city.
Room 103, on the ground floor (it is more of a second floor, as it is located above the hotel lobby).
Initially, we booked the second building, also without a sea view.

4. Nutrition. (see the photo with the restaurant's work schedule)
Meals for a solid four.
There have always been different types of meat, vegetables, fruits, salads, etc. all according to the "all inclusive" repertoire
Cooking soups is NOT the hotel's specialty. They don't know how to cook. Watery, bland. Even in Egypt, soups were better (although they don't know how to cook them there either).
The glasses were not always clean. They are poorly washed. The glasses are washed by hand by bartenders.
Glasses, glasses in bars and restaurants are made of glass - this is a plus for the hotel. Plastic ones are poured only if you go with them to the pool area or to the beach. There are no paper cups, as in most large all-inclusive hotels.
5. The pool is warm and clean.
There are not always places by the pool, but there are always places on the lawn next to the pool, so this is not a problem.
6. The sea.
The hotel is on the first line with its own beach.
There were always places on the beach.
The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is partially rocky. Take the coral slippers.
7. SPA
They weren't. But I know that you can go to the hammam for free.
8. Reception/staff.
There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception, Victoria. She is not very emotional, but she performs her functionality well, she solved all the issues that arose promptly. (there were almost no questions, because the hotel is beautiful, they don't mess up).
The staff is very friendly and diplomatic.
9. Animation. She's not here.
The hotel is urban.
During the week there was only a disco by the pool twice (Tuesday/Saturday).
The DJ does not really understand how to work with the present contingent (British, Germans, Poles, Russians).
We were in October, the contingent was mostly 50+
Until the guests cheered up the DJ and the reception staff "forced" them to turn on the normal dance repertoire, which is well known to everyone, no one danced. As soon as he was cheered up, all the guests started dancing, including the DJ.
The DJ complained that he didn't have the Internet to download songs for the guests.
If the hotel is reading this, give him the password from the hotel Internet, please let him download it.)))
Since there is no animation, there were no families with children in the hotel. (two children in a week, who arrived for a day, we will not count)))
10. Accommodation.
About the early settlement.
We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m. Check-in at 14:00.
The hotel did not manage to check us in early, as all the rooms were occupied.
Some, judging by the reviews, were lucky and were settled earlier.
In general, do not count on early check-in in high season, but if there are rooms, check in early.
Despite this, at 8 a.m. we were given bracelets and could use the entire infrastructure of the hotel.
11. Departure.
We had an overnight departure from the hotel.
The hotel made us sandwiches. Thank you.
12. Transfer to the hotel from Dalaman airport took 1h.10min.
13. Special thanks for the high-quality, professional selection of background music in the hotel lobby, restaurant, bar and pool area. We had fun.
In general, the hotel's recommendation is 100%. We will definitely come here again and recommend it to our friends.
One of the guests said that the owner lives in the hotel, so the control takes place around the clock. Hence the excellent result. (this is a rumor, I don't know for sure))))

A great place for all categories, the hotel has an excellent menu, a huge assortment and new dishes every day. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are small, taking into account the constant presence outside the room, it did not bother me much. Location 5, hotel, swimming pool, garden and sun beds, immediately spa and near the beach - in general, the location is excellent, from the center 10 minutes walking along the embankment, a clean atmospheric town, in the evening everyone walks from disco to walking.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, although there is nothing to compare it with, but I really liked it. The breakfasts are standardized, the choice does not change from day to day, but it was quite extensive for daily use, lunches and dinners were quite diverse, most importantly everything was delicious! There is practically no entertainment in the hotel, so we had to look for all the fun on the side... There is daily cleaning in the rooms, shampoo and gel updates, in my room, I did not find a safe when it was in the next one. The territory of the hotel is not large, but in October there was enough space for all guests, who are by the sea on the shislongs, who are by the pool. The hotel has a good SPA, with discounts for new arrivals, not cheap, but with discounts you get a great price. I advise you to visit.
There is only one bar on site and the number of free cocktails is not enough, while it was possible to choose the right one and enjoy your vacation. Driving without a guide, as it turned out, is a so-so idea, when there is a language barrier, no one will tell you right away what is paid and what is not paid. Well, this only applies to those who are like me for the first time! In general, I will sum up: the hotel is worth visiting, no more than a week, the city is good, along the embankment there are cafes for every taste and color. The sea is just super. I wish you a good rest...

We had a rest with my husband from September 20 to 27, the hotel is super, very cozy and clean, the territory is small. We were very satisfied))
The trip from the airport took about 1.5 hours on a shared transfer from a travel agent. We arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, they took the documents for registration and sent them to dinner. The food is delicious, there is always a choice - meat, fish. Desserts in general are just a delight! All sorts of different drinks: beer, wine, various cocktails in full access, Turkish coffee, tea and whatever you want)
We were accommodated in a room with a direct view of the sea. The room is small, clean, and the furniture is not old. Daily room service, cleaning, towel change, water, whatever you want.
The only thing is, if you like silence in the evenings, it's better to choose a room on the side. There is a bar nearby and there is music in the evening until one/two in the morning. I can hear it, but you can sleep, if anything, take earplugs with you)
The water in the sea is excellent, we went in the morning at 8-9 o'clock, at this time the sea is calm, transparent, by 12 o'clock waves appear and the water is already getting a little muddy, the shore seems to be sandy and pebbly, you can safely go without aquashouses. We swam with glasses, different fish swim near the shore, you can admire)
From the hotel to the port, you can walk at a leisurely pace in 30 minutes.
There is a blueport shopping center nearby, there are shops and a good exchanger.
In general, we were very satisfied, we definitely recommend it! 👍🏻

We had a vacation with our spouse in July 2024, we got the best moments from our stay!!! Starting from the reception, a huge thank you to the Russian-speaking Victoria❤️all issues are resolved by the moment, the safe was blocked, after 5 minutes there was a specialist and voila, ready to help. Room with sea view, clean, air conditioning, refrigerator with daily addition of water, kettle, huge bed, clean towels, hair dryer, TV, everything for human comfort. Cleaning daily, changing towels and bed linenThe food in the restaurant, the dishes are so delicious that words cannot convey, such a variety of flavors and dishes have not tried everything. The waiters are very polite and attentive, they come up all the time and fulfill all wishes.The territory is perfectly clean, the pool is cleaned daily, the sea is within walking distance, the bay without waves, the purest water, fish swim near the shore. For 4 stars, that's it. The food is varied, cleaned daily. According to the numbers, as luck would have it, there are + and - (Somewhere quiet but a view of the courtyard, Somewhere on the sea, but an eternal party. There is no animation in fact, so the children are bored. The location is great. Marmaris is basically a British resort and English is the main language here, but the hotel has a Russian-speaking receptionist, but she is only during the day. Nice hotel. Only one receptionist speaks Russian at the reception (on weekdays from 8 to 16). The food is varied and delicious. The rooms are clean, the places are like everywhere else in Turkey. 2 buildings, if possible, move into the main building. Mostly the guests are foreigners, as they are everywhere in Marmaris. There is a small beach. I do not recommend going with children, there is no animation.

The hotel is very nice, well maintained, clean! The rooms are also very great. We were first settled next to the building, well, also from the hotel, just as an additional building, everything is fine there too, but the only thing is that the room was very small (well, just for one person) and it was hot, even the air conditioner did not save, because it was the 5th last floor under the roof.

We had a rest with our daughter and a friend!
This is our 7th visit to Marmaris. Well, I really liked the rest, right here in Marmaris. We were in different hotels, mostly 5*, but this hotel pleased us. Clean, comfortable, cozy.
The food is varied, for every taste, and, most importantly, very tasty (thanks to the chefs!).
Greets guests (Russian speakers) at the reception Victoria, thank her very much. Removes all problems, solves all issues instantly.
The sea was pleasant, it was very warm, for this period. The entrance to the sea is sand with pebbles, I advise you to take corals, because there are stones. I regretted that I didn't take it with me.
For the first time, there was no need to occupy the deck chairs, there were enough of them.
During the rest period there were 2 discos.
I liked the music. We took excursions from the hotel guide. The rest of the time we walked along the embankment, went to Marmaris (within walking distance)
In short, the rest was a success. I recommend the hotel.

Great hotel,
We were in September 2023.
The hotel is clean, it is clear that repairs were made not so long ago, everything is clean and tidy in the rooms.
The bathroom has a normal shower stall (not plastic, but in a construction version), a toilet with a built-in bidet, a hairdryer and all that.
The Internet works great throughout the hotel, so if you need to work, there will be no problems.
The staff is very polite, everyone speaks English, and the general manager speaks Russian.
Everything is very difficult with food, there is too much choice and every time you come to lunch / dinner you feel stressed and choose from too many dishes! The food is very tasty for every stomach and taste.
The hotel is located in a very busy part of the embankment, near a lot of establishments and has everything you need (parekhmar, 24-hour supermarket, currency exchange in 2-5 minutes walk, McDuck)
If I come to this city again, I will definitely choose this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel in May 2023. The hotel is just wonderful! There are no complaints. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is very tasty and varied. Excellent cleaning, clean, well-groomed territory. A pleasant green lawn with sun loungers, a private beach. The entrance to the sea is good. You can walk to the center along the pedestrian promenade, along which there are bars, restaurants, and hotels. There's fun and music in the evenings, it was a bit noisy for us, but with the window closed it's fine.

Excellent hotel on the first line.
Nice rooms, friendly staff.
I've never tried breakfast, but they say it's good.
The Internet is quite stable for work and watching videos.

Nice hotel. Excellent repair, food, service. The beach has its own, which is rare for Marmaris. The location is great! There is a shopping center nearby, a lot of shops, you can quickly walk to the castle and the old town, and you can also walk slowly to Icmeler in 1-1.5 hours through a beautiful promenade with pine trees and sea views!

The rest began with the most unpleasant, we arrived at the hotel at 12:00, after 2 hours we were told that there are 2 available rooms in the entire hotel, one on the ground floor with a view of the wall of the neighboring hotel and loud music under the balcony, for the second one it is even more interesting, we need to pay 450 dollars, then after consulting we decided to make a 100% discount and as a result, a room on the 2nd floor with a sea view, but the sea is not particularly visible, the surcharge is 350 dollars, we are shocked, such a large hotel and only 2 available rooms, what nonsense, we had to swear, as a result, the hotel has another building where we were shown a room on the 4th floor with a view on the balconies of the neighboring 3 hotels, we chose a room on the ground floor, the room is clean, new, but small, it's not scary, you can live! The food at the hotel was pleasantly surprised, very tasty! The beach is small, but this is normal for Marmaris! I would not recommend coming here if you want to spend a stress-free vacation !!! p.s.
