On the day of issuing one bouquet, the color and filling of the bouquet ordered in advance was different . The report was made from what happened. Although the order was formed in advance . Even the names were mixed up in the note . As a result, bouquets with the wrong name from the sender were sent to everyone. The issue has not been resolved in any way . They don 't respond to feedback . They ruined the mood on a festive day .
