The sushi ordered in advance was delivered very late — almost an hour and a half after the promised time. The pre-order was made at 19:00, but the delivery took place only around 20:20, the delay was exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes. In addition to the delay in delivery, there were problems with the payment of the order. Although the pre-order indicated payment by bank card, the courier arrived without a mobile terminal, which forced me to look for cash. This situation creates inconvenience and raises doubts about the reliability of the service. To summarize, I consider it necessary to note the unsatisfactory quality of service. Despite the taste of the dishes themselves, the organization of the delivery process leaves much to be desired. I hope the management will take measures to improve the level of services provided and avoid similar situations in the future.

We ordered cheese shawarma and French fries in large portions. Potatoes may taste good, but the children didn't complain, although,"a large portion," let's put in quotation marks. As for shawarma, there is a separate miracle. 1. It's barely warm. It shouldn 't be like this , they ordered it , served it , and immediately started receiving it - it 's barely warm . 2. It feels like it's been pre-cooked and stupidly warmed up. The lavash was falling apart , as if it were damp. But not like freshly cooked shawarma. It's a pity, the impression is ruined. We also took a set lunch of the day. It's much better here. The first one is just a test, the mashed potatoes are three times perfect, but the cutlet is what didn't go into the burger. Overall, it's not bad. So the impressions are twofold. Something good, something not impressed.

It was one of the best catering spots, but lately something has always been wrong. It feels like the cook has changed and his cooking technology is out of all bounds! We ordered a mushroom mix shawarma this time, the shawarma was cold, it was all falling apart, very soft, and even burnt The lavash itself tasted like sunflower oil, the cabbage was hard, there were large chunks, and it was bitter, there was little sauce As a technologist, I'll give you 2 for cooking this!
