The room is medium in size and facilities. You expect more from 5*. Pros: friendly English-speaking staff; quick check-in; delicious breakfast, beyond praise, for me a huge plus is the presence of a gym with a treadmill, where I was able to do my workout.

We stayed at this chain hotel for one night on our way to Cappadocia. Overall, it's a good standard option, but it's clear that the hotel is a little "tired". There are minor flaws in the interior: some are smeared, some show traces of leaks. It's a solid four, but it certainly doesn't pull in five stars. The room is standard, without frills, typical for a chain hotel. Breakfast is also standard: scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese. Unfortunately, the selection is small, and it was difficult for me to find something to my liking. One of the advantages is the outdoor swimming pool on the third floor. However, it's very small, so we decided not to use it. The location is not bad, but the center is about 5 km away, so I had to take an Uber. The staff is friendly and diligent, the service is at a good level. The ironing board, for example, arrived in 5 minutes. The mini-bar is paid, there is a standard set: water, tea, coffee. Wi-Fi is stable and fast. A significant disadvantage is that the reception refused to change euros for lira, they sent it to the bank, although their exchange rate was fixed. This is especially strange, considering that the staff member who greets the guests recommended applying for an exchange at the reception. I recommend it for a short stop.
