A wonderful hotel! Private beach, there were always enough sun beds. We rested from 09/23/2024.
I was very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, there is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception who is ready to help out and help such incompetents as us. The food is amazing, seafood every other day. I was a little surprised by the beverage system. They were free only at breakfast, and the rest of the time you had to buy them. We took breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nevertheless, drinks were bought every time except for breakfast. Probably next time, if we come back, it will be only for the all-inclusive system.
There were bottles of water in the room, coffee capsules were replenished every day. Overall, we liked it. I would recommend it.

They only took breakfast. The food is varied, the choice is large. Everything is delicious. The buffet. We had lunch for money, 150 dirhams per person. A buffet and one drink to choose from. It's a little expensive. The staff knows almost no Russian, but they are very customer-oriented. Although they don't have a juicer in the restaurant, they made us fresh orange juice and brought it to lunch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-cleaned. The control system in the room is particularly admired. There are Russian-language channels. A very decent hotel! There is a panoramic swimming pool on the top floor. It is open until 4 p.m., later only as a restaurant. There is a great boardwalk and shopping center nearby. From the shopping center you can go to the observation deck. I recommend this hotel.

The main advantage of the hotel is the rooftop pool and the view from it. Delicious breakfasts, nice rooms. Excellent location on a Palm Tree, opposite the shopping center. However, there are disadvantages: they tried to move into a room below the category, a mini bar on deposit, if you do not pay for it, then there is no refrigerator in the room. At the same time, the safety of the mini-bar was checked during the eviction. They also woke me up with a doorbell at 9 a.m. on the day of the eviction to remind me that it was time to get ready. Cleaners touch personal items that should not be touched, they threw out a container for lenses. Only single sunbeds are free on the beach, all other options are for money. All this left an unpleasant impression, which you do not expect from a very expensive hotel

A wonderful hotel!! Delicious and varied food. There are two beaches, massages, a fitness room. There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, from there there is a very beautiful view, and there is also a bar with drinks and food for an additional fee. Also on the beach, there are only two of them, everywhere there are both free and paid sun beds. The Wi-Fi is good, the rooms are cleaned every day. We stayed at this beautiful hotel in October 2024. Everything is great!
Its own beach with a beach club, convenient access to the water. Very comfortable rooms with a washing machine, stove, kettle, coffee machine and a large refrigerator - it's very convenient!
Very tasty food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, surprisingly delicious desserts, not like in Turkish and Egyptian hotels, but as if from a good European pastry shop.

The NH Collection Hotel rested here in March 2024. New, clean, smells fresh! There are many Kazakhs in the staff, which facilitates communication for tourists without knowledge of English. The room was equipped with a kitchenette, which helps a lot when you are relaxing with children! Water is brought every day, 4 bottles each! The restaurant has a decent selection of dishes for every taste! French fries and nuggets for kids. Live music is played every evening on the restaurant's veranda! Another advantage of this hotel is its location! Nearby is the Nakheel moll shopping center, an observation deck on a palm tree and a boulevard for a promenade after dinner! There were no Russian channels on TV, but we turned on YouTube and watched TV shows at night! The shuttle service to the large shops is free every day. The schedule at the reception. A nice fresh hotel, we were in NH in March 2024, in general, we liked it, the food was normal (we had breakfast/dinner), the staff was friendly, trying, I was very pleased that they checked in for a few hours! earlier than the scheduled time, and the eviction was also extended - without any additional charges! I would especially like to mention Karema, the receptionist (he is a good-looking and customer-oriented Russian speaker! Egyptian ) - well done! Such employees should be appreciated! We came here with my husband after the wedding in September, we were complimented, it was very pleasant)
The rooms were great, and there was no noise from cars or neighbors. Friendly staff, a gorgeous rooftop pool and delicious food. We had breakfast and dinner (all drinks are paid for at dinner)
The hotel has two beaches of its own, the nearest one was busy a couple of times, we went to the far one, it was no worse, there were almost no people there usually. There is also a cooling pool at the nearby beach.
Very convenient location of the hotel, in the evening you can walk along the Palm Tree, there are shops, near the shopping center and the monorail

Opposite there is a mall with a secret liquor store on the food court for cheese, prices are like in a boutique. Beer is 8-13 dirhams. Beer in the restaurant for dinner costs 40 dirhams, cocktails on the beach 70-80 dirhams, hookah on the roof from 109 dirhams. All the cafes around are very expensive, the food in supermarkets also bites, it is better to take a minimum of breakfast / dinner. The unionpay card works everywhere for May 2024, the exchange rate is more profitable than changing rubles to dollars and dollars to dirhams. A taxi to the old town is about 60 one way.
In general, there were very pleasant impressions, no one is trying to steal, you do not worry about your things like in Turkey, where the cleaners can even cut off everything that lies badly from the room. The hotel is cool, everything is great in the rooms. but there are points that need to be taken into account. The territory is minimal. The choice in the main restaurant is not very large, but everything is delicious and healthy. It is 200-300 meters to the beach, but (!) there are few sun beds, and if they are busy, they will not give you a towel stupidly. The beach bar is only for money. Every time you take food/alcohol, you will be asked for the room number and matched in the system. We had a plane at 7 p.m., and we left the hotel at 17:00, but we were removed from the system at 12 sharp. After that, we couldn't help but eat and drink. Even water is only for money. I think this is not the best place to stay with children. We were at the end of May - there were no discos, animations, performances, etc. in the hotel. It's okay for adults. There is a place to go for a walk and have fun. There is a whole street about 1.6km away with discos and cafes. The mall is also right across the street

I liked the hotel very much, it was clean and bright. The staff cleans the toilets, better than at home. Good dining room, varied food. There is an open veranda where pancakes are cooked in the morning and barbecue in the evening. Alcohol is sold, only juice is free.
A rooftop pool with a cliff effect, well suited for photos. There is a private beach. Friendly staff. A great rich area, there is a shopping center with clothing stores and a supermarket nearby. At the mall, you can take the monorail to Atlantis and the water park. In the evening, expensive cars drive up to the hotel, it attracts fans of nightclubs located on the coast. Girls like from adult magazines flock to such establishments. :D generally, if there are such clubs nearby, the hotel is quiet.
Of the cons: the door to the bathroom opens inward, and the space is so small that to enter and close the door, you need to go into the shower stall, otherwise you will not get to the toilet.
Ps: oh, and also ... do not forget to take an adapter to a European outlet.

A wonderful hotel with its clean beach, free sun beds and delicious breakfasts and dinners. A view pool, a children's room, a gym, a convenient location for walking.
Of the cons: four elevators, but you have to wait for them sooo long during rush hour, despite the speed of their movement.
Well, I also note that the cleaning is not perfect. I thought everything would be OK in a good hotel, but the bar counter has never been washed in a week, it was also very dirty on the balcony, it was never wiped, there is old dirt on the tables from the end, under the sofa, which moves easily, slippers from previous (last year?😄) guests, there are smudges under the sink. In a restaurant, a dirty pillow on a chair was simply turned over to the other side 😅
There is a suspicion that it is a matter of mentality and attitude to cleanliness, because in Egypt there was the same story, and the three-star Anapa hotel has always been perfectly clean.

We had a rest at the hotel in early August. Cleaning every day, cleaned quickly and cleanly. There is always water in the room. The room itself is spacious and bright. The room temperature is comfortable. The air conditioner cools, but does not blow like crazy and does not flow :) The staff is super polite, friendly and always ready to help. They took full board and regretted it. Next time we'll take half board, we're tired of eating, to be honest. Breakfast and dinner will be enough. Lunch is clearly unnecessary. The food is very tasty. There are also seafood, fish, different types of meat, salads, fruits are very tasty, pastries and desserts are on the level. Breakfast is buffet only, lunch/dinner is either Buffet or A la carte in the hotel bar/restaurant. I would like to mention the food in the latter. The service is much slower, but delicious. For those who are tired of feeling like in a local canteen and decided to get a taste of restaurants. We went out a couple of times for a change and returned to the buffet. I didn't really like the beaches (there are two of them) - algae, but these are rather claims to the sea) the sun beds are comfortable, the beaches are conveniently equipped, it's not long to walk from the hotel, there is a pool on the beach and on the 15th floor of the hotel. Here's a kind of bomb. The location is convenient.There is a large shopping center nearby, you can shop / buy groceries or take the monorail from it all the way to Dubai or in the opposite direction to Atlantis (cool water park!). I would like to note that we paid only travel tax at the entrance, we were not asked for a deposit. Bottom line: we are satisfied with everything, we will recommend it)
PS. I remembered one moment that greatly upset me personally. When swimming in the rooftop pool, crocs were left in the place where everyone leaves their flip-flops - next to the descent into the pool. We swam for 15-20 minutes. We are returning, and one of the crocs was stripped of the jibits that my mother gave me: I❤️ROSMAN🙈I do not know who might need a jibits with the name of the publishing house, but children were constantly hanging out there, so... dear parents, please explain to your children that taking someone else's is bad, even if you really liked it and it seems like a small thing :) It may be a small but memorable thing. This is the only disadvantage of the entire stay at the hotel.

In general, I liked the hotel, the excellent location, the expensive mall where you can buy everything from clothes to groceries. In the hotel we had apartments with sea views, they included a lounge where you can have a snack in the evening from 5-7 even alcoholic beverages beer, wine cognac, etc. are included. We had breakfasts and dinners included, we changed them for lunches (for some reason we only changed them once) the breakfasts were delicious, there were enough very tasty fruits, everything was fresh, the lunches were also varied, there is something to choose from. The hotel has a club for children, where children are looked after, a gym, I went 2 times a week, there is almost nothing comfortable in it., there are plenty of sun beds by the sea, there are 2 beaches near the sea where there are free sun beds as well as a pool with a beautiful view on the 14th floor where there were always sun beds. Special thanks to the manager Vlad, he helped us a lot when the child needed to call an ambulance, and he was always interested in how things were going, how the vacation was going, all the staff were responsive, cleaning was thorough every day, they give as much water as you ask. We took it on trial for a couple of days, the hotel seems fresh and so on, but not for a beach holiday. Two beaches, one that is always busy nearby, the second is a 4-minute walk, but there is no toilet and with a child going to the one that is closer, this is not an option from the word at all. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but it's for one time, there's not much space, the sun beds are like in a barracks one to one) Elevators in the morning can be a separate "pleasure" to wait for 10 minutes, as a result, we went down from the 2nd floor on foot to climb higher from the lobby.. The food is so-so, but this may be a subjective opinion, I didn't have much to eat. In general, it seems like nothing, but we definitely won't go there a second time..

The best rest, thank you, the whole hotel team: reception, restaurant, pool, beach, room cleaning, - created comfort and hospitality everywhere. The week flew by like a fairy tale!!! We are very grateful to the hotel management for their customer orientation, there are quite a lot of Russian-speaking staff, it was easy to solve all issues during accommodation and rest. We had a studio room with a kitchen, but we never used it, there was enough food (breakfast- dinner!) insanely huge beds, crisp white linens, perfect beach, comfortable sun beds. It was a fairy tale!! It was complemented by a well-organized excursion to la perla, and a hot air balloon flight. See you soon👍🙏💝💝

The hotel is for 4, but we would not return here.

The hotel as a whole deserves a full 5 stars! They were settled ahead of time, although initially, of course, they offered early check-in for an additional fee. The HB system includes breakfasts at the Maiora restaurant (buffet), dinners to choose from at the Maiora restaurant (buffet), either at the Seven Sports Bar or at the Revo Cafe (a la carte: one dish from 3 different categories). The choice of food is quite diverse, the choice of cheeses and vegetables deserves special attention. Drinks at dinner are available for an additional fee (except water in Maiora).
The hotel has 2 beaches:
one is 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel, a small piece of the beach, there are few sunbeds, there are constant queues to the locker room and toilet from the beach club, music is playing very loudly, towels are given by the hotel staff at a special counter at the entrance to the beach;
the second beach is 5 minutes from the hotel, there are always free sun beds, as there are enough of them, towels are also given at the entrance to the beach, BUT there is no locker room and shower, get ready for the fact that you will walk to the hotel with at least sand on your feet.
The panoramic pool on the roof of the hotel is gorgeous, but if you do not take sun beds early in the morning, then the probability of basking in the shade
of a canopy or on sun beds in the water is reduced to zero. At 10 a.m., usually all the seats are already occupied.
In the immediate vicinity of the Nakheel Mall hotel, there are many boutiques and 2 grocery stores (Monoprix is a little more affordable in prices, there is a larger selection of products in Waitrose, but prices bite unpleasantly, our favorite Carrefour is in the Mall of the Emirates, it is better to stock up on food there if possible).
There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the Mall of the Emirates, from there you can take the metro or bus to the Dubai Mall or to any point in the city. The hotel staff monitors the quality of services, is interested in whether everything suits visitors, and is always ready to help in solving the issue: from turning on the gas stove in the room to ordering a taxi to the airport.
The room was cleaned regularly, clean bottled water, coffee and tea were always added, towels were changed regularly. Our room had a side view of the city. They didn't notice much noise from the road (although some complained about it), only occasionally a supercar passed at night))
Upon departure, we recommended that the reception staff adjust the temperature of the shower water (even cold water heats up very quickly and starts pouring hot) and add more Russian children's channels to the TV channels (Cartoon Network and Disney channels show some terrible horror).
One more caveat: if you are going to the Palm Tree to hang out, this place is definitely for you! The waterfront along the hotels is full of clubs and restaurants. As a place to relax with a child, Palma loses a million times to the same Marina, where there are playgrounds and places for leisure with children due to the complete absence of the latter.

We were at the NH Collection Dubai The Palm on 18.04-25.04. From the positive: the food is delicious European. The rooftop pool is super. The staff is friendly and answers all questions. It was always possible to find a sunbed in the pool and on the second beach.
From the negative: questionable room cleaning (door handles, windows, closet doors, bar counter, smelling sofa), it was a little dirty right after check-in. The renovation is quite cheap, especially for the tiles on the walls and floor. There were no hygiene products except gel, shampoo, conditioner. We bought brushes, paste, cotton pads ourselves. And a real brain explosion - the lack of drinks for dinner on half board, juices and water were provided only on weekends🤯 Just water would be enough for us. I think they ask about 50 dirhams for pepsi. We ate dry food and drank tea in the room. At the same time, there was coffee, tea, juices, and water for breakfast. In general, the pros outweighed the cons and we had a good rest.

Clean, cozy, stylish, cool and sophisticated. But there are nuances: the rooftop pool is very small, the hotel does not have a territory, the hotel pool on the territory is very small and rented, for lunch and dinner - water, juices, tea, coffee and, of course, alcoholic beverages are paid. In general, I liked everything very much, everything is super and cool. The buffet meals are very tasty and varied, fresh and sometimes unusual. Everything is at the highest level.
