The best car dealership for placing cars on commission.
All salons work according to the same schemes, but there are differences in EMPLOYEES.
I put a car on commission to their competitors for 2 months could not do anything (they didn't even wash the sand on the thresholds before putting it on sale, and took it with this dirt two months later). I decided to overtake in 4 wheels. On September 15, he delivered. The car was washed, clear photos were taken. I talked to the managers and MOST IMPORTANTLY I talked to the owner who promised me to sell my car in less than a month. On October 4, the car was sold. The approach and motivation of employees solves everything.

I gave my Infiniti FX 45 2006 car on 06/04/2023 for a commission for 2 months. The car is good, the price is adequate, they threw $ 800 on top, washed, took pictures, promised to call and tell every week and that's it...Then, however, they called a couple of times in two months and told me that a couple of people were looking at your car, one almost took it, etc. Judging by the reviews, they often say this to all customers. When the deadline for the end of the commission agreement was approaching, I drove up personally to ask what and how, and at the same time to clarify about the urgent redemption service. To which the young salesman tells me with a grin, literally: "Such cars were sold for 5,000 units 5 years ago, so we will not offer them anymore." At this point, the entire qualifications of this employee became clear to me, and I just took the car and sold it myself.
But the choice of cars is really big, so it's better to look for a car there for the purpose of buying, but definitely not for a commission.

A couple of days before picking up my car, I wrote to the manager that I wanted to pick up the car on Saturday 21.10. We agreed and I was asked to call an hour before I arrived. As a result, I started calling them for an hour, first to the manager, he does not answer, then to the number from the ad for the sale of my car, they also do not answer. Only at the entrance to the salon the manager answered me by the number from the ad. When I arrived at the salon, there were 5 people there, really no one could pick up the phone for that hour. How do you sell cars at all. Naturally, when I took the car, they indicated in the ad that they had sold it. According to the terms of the contract, they should call back every week and tell how the car sales are going, they never called, they had to be interested themselves. I do not advise this car dealership, they do not fulfill the terms of their own contract, and do not raise the numbers of potential buyers

And then the calls from car dealerships began, including "4 wheels". The girl was persistent, promised that the salon specialists, despite their rather large commission to our average market price, would sell it right in two weeks, because they have loans, leasing. It's easier to sell that way. We decided to take a chance. We arrived at 111 Pobediteley Ave. and signed a contract for 30 days, although they persuaded for two months. The manager called a couple of times and said that they were interested in the car, at the same time he asked how much they were ready to drop the price. And now 30 days have expired. When they arrived for the car, the manager gave them to sign the acceptance certificate and then gave them the car keys. After driving away from the pavilion, we noticed that the hatch cover was open. We decided to check if the hatch was well closed, but it did not work, it turned out that even visually it was visible that someone was digging in the block where the hatch opens and closes. We return, the manager says that no one touched anything. We understand that nothing can be proved, the act is signed. And the "unexpected" was still waiting at home. The window lifter on the driver's side does not work. I scold myself for giving the car to such unscrupulous people. Now I had to look for a specialist to bring everything into working order. I do NOT RECOMMEND this salon to anyone.

A good car sales salon. I sold 2 cars through them with a difference of +- a year.
I got tired of selling the first one myself (taking pictures, coming up with a description, fending off calls from left-wing people). After a couple of months of unsuccessful attempts to sell. I decided to turn to them. The buyers found it after 2 weeks. Yes, I had to take it off a little bit, but I was mentally attuned to it anyway. We prepared all the docks, checked them out ourselves, took a queue at the traffic police, I just drove up, submitted the docks, signed and left satisfied)
A year later, the question of selling another car arose again. I decided not to bother myself and go straight to the guys. Here it was a little more difficult. The car is expensive, and Russians usually take them. But the course jumped there and the car became uncompetitively expensive for them. For a long time they reduced it a little bit and when I already started to give up and came to terminate the contract, another manager (David) took over for me. He adequately described the situation on the market. He asked me the psychological minimum to which I am ready to throw off and said that there are proven people who can be offered. Everything was agreed. And a couple of days later the car was sold.
The aftertaste from working with the salon and with the manager David is the most pleasant. If there is a question of selling another car, I will come to the guys without hesitation

Our manager was David, who doesn't care about anything, I don't understand the work of this manager in this salon at all. The commission is much higher than what was agreed on the phone. David also promised to call every week, but unfortunately this was not the case. When the car was taken back, the manager David ran away without telling how the demand was, maybe it was worth dropping the price tag, or some other offers.I do not recommend contacting this salon.

We had no experience in buying a car at car dealerships (previously we bought cars at markets or from owners). Arriving at the car dealership, we went into a small pavilion where the consultants are located, the young people told us to go down to the ground floor of the parking lot to view the car we needed. The cars are in a covered ventilated parking lot, the location and viewing is very convenient. After choosing a car, we called the consultant.... We waited a bit, so all the consultants were busy. The young man who came up to us said that it wasn't his cars and how to start them, and in general he didn't know ANYTHING about this car. The car was started from the starter, later we learned that the car was parked for about six months. The car was started, but they did not give us a ride, this is a huge minus, because in the future we did not purchase it ((( After we agreed to purchase, the consultant who served us contacted the seller and we waited for a meeting. We were very worried that we wouldn't make it in one day. I was surprised that the transactions are in dollars. Finally, they waited, the seller arrived, the documents were signed. We go down to the garage in the hope that we can drive a car and understand what it costs, but no, we are told to get up and wait for the car to be driven to the dealership. We have a car, we barely got home 290 km, the battery failed...And after visiting a local car service, they paid for repairs for $ 1,000. The impressions from the salon are twofold: a pleasant team, no one really tells anything about the car, trust only your knowledge and feelings.

I decided to sell my car, posted an ad on car sales sites. Naturally, first of all, they started calling from car houses. And of all the car houses who called me, the most adequate, kind, professional and of course humane manager was the manager from the salon "4koles" Olga Sentsova. She is aware of everything that is happening in the automotive market right now. She offered me conditions that would be convenient and profitable for ME! But in the end, I did not put the car on their site, because I had to drive it every day. But the company's attitude towards me as a person (and this is very rare nowadays) simply obliged me to write this review, I could not pass it by.

We could not get into the car because there was no employee nearby and we could offer something else besides this one. They were upset with the attitude and left. - the contract says everywhere that since the car is not new, the company is not responsible if something in the car stops working. This has its own logic, but........... so you can change any part in a car or break something if it is not used correctly. And no one will be responsible for anything. This is the problem of the SUCKER who brought his car to their car house. My car passed the tech.inspection in January. And everything worked fine for me. It wasn't raining when I picked up the car. It rained for 2 days and it turned out that my rear window brush was not working at all. This suggests that either my car was parked on the street, and not in the covered part of the parking lot, as promised, it snowed, there was a big frost and someone did not check the freezing of the brush to the glass, turned on the rear window washer brush, and it naturally broke. or the mechanism that stood inside was replaced. The proverb: "give with your hands, walk with your feet" is completely relevant. I do not advise you to sell a car to a private salon.
