Before removing it, did you specify whether it would be anesthetized? He said no, it wouldn't hurt. However, it was incredibly painful!!!
The other nurses are generally doing well. They are mostly college/university students. But due to the lack of staff, they are like bees, working for 1 person on 2 floors.
According to the equipment in the wards: there is no refrigerator (even in the corridor). No one processes mattresses after people — they change the bed linen and that's it, that's enough. The mattresses themselves are plastic, after the operation in a supine state, the back will ache very quickly and strongly.
There is no trash can in the wards, but there is a sink, soap and a mirror. Each bed has its own bedside table.

According to the availability of paid chambers: initially, we were informed that there were no paid chambers. However, during the stay, it turned out that they are!! And it turned out after a conflict between one of the relatives of a sick person and the staff. The conflict was based on the fact that a person is lying in a paid ward, and they cannot change an IV drip from 12 o'clock in the afternoon (and until 19 o'clock in the evening). Here we can go back to the personnel point, and remember that there is a wild shortage of it.
