Like everyone else, we first posted a free advertisement for an apartment in Kufara, and in two months we received only a couple of responses.
Nikita called us for good luck (of course, we realized this later) and offered the company free services with the signing of the contract. To be honest, we were a little doubtful, but there was no way out.
After viewing our apartment and signing the contract, Nikita found a tenant who meets all our requirements in just 3 days!!!
Nikita, a specialist, not only helped us conclude a lease agreement, but also compiled an inventory of valuables. Everything went professionally and without fuss.
We have already received the deposit and payment for the first month, the contract is signed for a year.

That's the end of our pleasant conversation with the Molnar staff. Less than a month has passed and our (not our... by proxy) apartment has already been sold. They had absolutely no idea about the profession of realtor/agent . Today, my wife and I are smiling at ourselves , as we were naive and self-confident . But back to the review . I've been reading your previous customer reviews and realized that ALL the good things about your company have already been sorted out. To say that everything was fine in our case is to say nothing. And if, in order, they were "under hypnosis", in the good sense of the word, when the hands. Nikolai Shpakovsky and Marina Alyoshkina told us very convincingly about real estate sales and their company. Well done! It's a very important point, and that's the way it should be with amateurs like us. Thank you for the right approach. And then everything is like "in the cinema"; we are the audience, and "Molnar" is also "the script ... the director ... the actors ... all the accompaniment to the whole process."
