Остановились с мужем на компании Нордвил, побывав на строящихся домах и в офисе компании. Менеджер Наталья на экскурсии подробно всё рассказала и об этапах стройки, и по материалам, срокам, стоимости. Не смогли определиться с выбором проекта, но это больше из-за ограничений нашего участка, и архитектор Дмитрий отрисовал новый проект по нашим запросам. Мы получили проект и понятную смету. При строительстве несколько раз в неделю получали фото со стройки, следили на всех этапах, задавали вопросы. Ждём с нетерпением, когда всё доделают и мы сможем заехать)

Коробку собрали, нареканий нет. А вот отделку лучше у них не заказывать. Не справляются. Под ключ только название, а по факту доделываем сами. Работники те ещё халтурщики, надзора нет, прораба нет. Всё очень долго. Обещаниями, что всё будет хорошо, набили оскомину. Вообщем не связывайтесь с отделкой.
