Modest but not bad. There are two-room rooms with a kitchenette. Average shabbiness, but if you need to live for some time not far from the center, with grocery stores within walking distance, then this is it.

Mud. The hotel is tired.Dirty old towels. Stained cabinets. Water is not given daily.Tea and coffee too. The hotel is very tired. Far from the beach. It's noisy, there's a highway nearby.

The apartment is very comfortable.Separate bedroom.Living room with kitchen.There is a good stove with an oven in the kitchen.Cooking utensils,kettle,toaster,large refrigerator.Iron,ironing board,dryer and washing machine.Slippers and a terry bathrobe are brought at your request.Across the street is the Emirates Mall, the beach is a 15-minute drive from the hotel.The only negative noise from the Sheikh Zayed highway.But for us it was not a problem at all.We stayed at the hotel for 23 days and will be back again)))
