I've used it more than once before, there were no problems, but it always happens for the first time. I planned a trip to Moscow, bought a ticket for 17.04. departure 01:39 (with a convenient arrival time), after which I began to choose the time of return. I chose the time 22:30, moved on to the choice of seats, and further registration, and after payment I received a confirmation letter, But the ticket was issued to me at 01:09, i.e. for a time when I had not yet gone to Moscow. I called the website, explained the situation, but did not find any understanding. They offered to return 1,700 of the 2880 rubles I paid (five minutes ago). I expressed my dissatisfaction, after which I was offered to return the ticket through the ticket office of the railway station. After reading on the website that you need to hand over the ticket no later than 1 hour before the train departs, I had to go to the station very much in advance (I specially took a photo that I arrived on time), however, at the ticket office I was offered 1,500 rubles for a refund. Point. Of course, I am not impoverished, but it is extremely unpleasant to lose money due to technical errors of the site or its imperfections, and recommendations to go to the ticket office of the railway station generally look like meanness.
Be careful and careful. As it turned out from talking with friends, my case is not the first and not the only one!
