Excellent location. There are many shops nearby. To the beach, 20 minutes on foot, to La Mer beach. There is a transfer service. There is no Russian staff, but you will be happy to be helped through an interpreter. The rooms are spacious, there is no view. But this is not critical. From the center, it takes 15 minutes by taxi, without traffic jams and even less. It's a 20-minute walk to the metro, it's a long way with children. The food is good, but monotonous. The Boston Bar is a great place, there is always live music, you can just come and listen. The pool is on the roof, the tower is visible. Generally. We liked everything.

Great hotel. Convenient location. Unobtrusive staff. The room was checked in much earlier than the scheduled time, which is very pleasant. The food is good, the portions are just huge, it's unrealistic to stay hungry. We eat here twice in the morning and in the evening and we don't want to eat anymore. The hotel is quiet, you can sleep without problems, even during the day, no one bothers. Linen and towels are changed every day. In general, I recommend the hotel. Come and have a rest.

I didn't like that the gym is very small, and the pool has no views of the nearest area (walls, not glass). Of the disadvantages, they also did not immediately give all the things (bathrobes, slippers, garbage bags in general, ask every time). A great hotel for 4*. We had a vacation with my husband in May of this year. Everything is within walking distance, to the beach either a hotel transfer or a 20-minute walk. There was also a transfer from the hotel to the metro, it was a long walk. We bought transport cards and ran everything on the subway or buses. Of the cons, the mosque is very close, the audibility from prayers is colossal, the view from the rooms is so-so, but we didn't really have time to admire from the windows (we walked for days) The rooftop pool is gorgeous, the presence of a gym is a separate plus. Cleaning every day with replacement of towels. The restaurant is a separate masterpiece, everything is insanely delicious, although monotonous. The hotel's compliment is free coffee and dates in the hotel lobby. The staff is wonderful, though not Russian-speaking. The black guy at the pool is just a lighter and a lot of positivity.
In general, we were very satisfied with the trip, even though we went into the thick of it. But it's worth it.

A good city hotel, located in a place where there are many different shops and food outlets. Very polite and friendly staff, nice and spacious rooms of about 40 square meters. We had a rest in March 2024 with children, the hotel is wonderful, although it is declared 4 stars, for me it is worthy of all 5 stars! The service is excellent, the food is excellent, the staff is inconspicuous but responsive. Cleaning every day, tea-coffee-cream replenished every day, towels, slippers, iron, ironing board, hair dryer - everything is there! Of the cons: the windows do not open and the view from the window to the neighboring dormitory is some kind, but we did not sit in the room, we wanted to see everything! There is a swimming pool on the roof of the hotel, the children are delighted!!! And we need sun beds and umbrellas. The hotel is far from the noisy central streets, this is only a plus, quiet and peaceful! It takes about 20 minutes on foot to the beach, but there is a transfer from the hotel and they will take you and bring you, but you can also use public transport for only 3 dirhams (but you need to buy cards, and they are only sold in the subway, and it's a long way to the subway). I recommend the hotel!

Dinner is on the menu, they cook very tasty and large portions. Dinner was at the Boston bar, they also watched the final of the World Cup, it was atmospheric and fun. They take you to the beach and the subway. The pool! Small on the roof, towels are provided, sun loungers in the shade and in the sun. If you don't expect anything supernatural, then it's fine.
Among the disadvantages: dirty tiles around the pool, it is very cold in the restaurant, the food cools down immediately, there is no place to dry swimsuits and clothes, the air conditioning in the room is not regulated, either cold or turn off.
The two of us without children did not expect anything from this hotel, so we were not disappointed. There is nothing to do with children and teenagers, choose another option. An average budget hotel.

In fact, the hotel is clean, everything in the rooms from linen to towels is snow-white, Wi-Fi is good (I watched online football and more) safe is free, slippers, bathrobes and other rubbish are available. The water is replenished as much as you ask. There are 4 or 5 Russian channels on the TV. On HB, you can change dinner for lunch without warning, drinks (juice, soda, coffee, etc. for free) The huge disadvantage of the hotel is that breakfast, lunch and dinner are held in the bar, which is accessible from the street and not the residents of the hotel go to it. and mostly during dinner, visitors actively smoke, and the extractor hood does not cope. In fact, it is possible to eat normally without nicotine on 3 tables in a small location at the entrance to which all hotel visitors strive, since even smokers told me that eating while someone smokes is disgusting. Unfortunately, the administration does not want to do anything about it, although they have another cafe in another wing of the hotel, but it is either closed or does not serve HB. Transfer to the beach once a day at 9:30 and back to the hotel from the beach at 12:00 (bus for 15-18 seats)and only on weekdays on weekends there is a taxi or a paid bus (the benefit is the price of a penny and a stop at the back of the hotel). There is no sound insulation at all in the hotel, you can hear every conversation behind the wall, TV, watching videos on the phone, etc.

Excellent hotel, courteous staff, good food, we had FB + breakfast and dinner buffets, lunch a la carte, everything is delicious, but the menu is monotonous, it does not change. The room was large, it was comfortable with two children, there was enough space for everyone. We had a vacation in January 2023 with family and friends. The old hotel, our faucet broke, the door handle, the air conditioner was malfunctioning, there was no balcony, things were drying out for a long time. Our windows overlooked the Hindu dormitory. We will never come back. It's a long way to all the sights, it's a long way to the beaches. There is a swimming pool for adults and children. The reception staff is trying to make a mess of you when calling a taxi. The administrator in the breakfast area constantly monitors everyone, made a scandal to our friends when mom wanted to take a couple of nuts with her child and then constantly watched our company, as if we were thieves, it was not pleasant. The location of the hotel is in the area where Indians live and it is not comfortable to walk there: men look at girls, although we did not have open areas, there are a lot of unpleasant odors, it is dirty outside.

It's great for four stars. There is a free bus to La Mer Beach, you can have lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurants, and the Indian cuisine restaurant is the winner of the 2023 restaurant competition. We stayed at this hotel from 04/26/2013/2024 The hotel corresponds to 4 stars. We took only breakfast, in general, not bad. The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel has a good location, there is a shuttle service to the beach and to the metro. The only negative is that the windows did not open and there are no balconies. The laundry didn't dry well. We spent our vacation days in Jumeiro Rotana, very satisfied!!! The room was spacious on the ground floor, cleaning every day, fresh linen. The staff is friendly and polite, especially nice that one man at the reception spoke Russian (unfortunately I don't know the name,) . The breakfasts are very tasty, although there was porridge once for all the days, but everything is in abundance, the dinners for the first two days were on the menu, but on the third day there was a buffet, the assortment is good, the only minus is if you come in the middle of dinner, they are already smoking in the bar and therefore it is not very pleasant, so we went if possible, at the beginning of dinner. The bus goes to the beach from the hotel, the pool was also visited once, everything is OK!!!

It was cold only in the room 🥶 convenient location around there is everything you need to the beach is close and you can walk in 20 minutes and the museum of the future is not far away . The room cleaning is good. The pool on the 5th floor is so-so, we were there once. The hotel is certainly not 4 stars, but everything is exactly normal. Not far away (relatively, 1km.) alcohol market and McDonald's. The hotel has a good WF, it is convenient to use Yandex maps. We have been guests of this place for 8 days since 04.04.2024.

Nice clean hotel with helpful staff. The check-in was earlier, they were also able to evict a couple of hours later.

We really liked this hotel! There are cozy, comfortable rooms, a sufficient area. Breakfast at a Chinese restaurant, and dinner at the Boston Bar. For breakfast, a buffet with a variety of meat snacks, many types of cheeses, including national ones, a lot of fresh fruit. For dinner, a la carte order, restaurant dishes, very tasty, especially fish!

We stayed at this hotel in May 2023 for 5 nights. Not a bad budget hotel. We had breakfast/dinner. The breakfast is average, and the dinners were very tasty. There is a delivery to the beach 1 time, in the morning, after breakfast they take it and pick it up at lunch. The beach is public, there are no sunbeds. There was a free delivery in the afternoon at the Mercato shopping center. The main attractions are relatively not far away. You can take the subway, you can take a taxi 500-600 rubles one way to Dubai Mall, Frame, Museum of the Future. For an economical stay, I recommend the hotel.

We rested in this hotel from 04.10 to 10.10. The room was taken not for smokers. A surcharge is required for a room with a balcony. Boston bar, where lunches and dinners are held. The bar is not only for hotel guests, they smoke in the hall. The waiters work very slowly and not with great pleasure. You won't get any cutlery. As well as orders for water.
