I spent a vacation in 24 on this beach. It's a great place. The main thing is to find a place in the shade or to carry an umbrella.
The water is clean, very warm, there are fish hanging out near the shore and I even saw one stingray. You can dive with a mask and look at the animals.
The beach is very pleasant, there were not many people. I will definitely come back here 🙌

Yes, the infrastructure does not work as before, but there are changing rooms, showers, beach cafes, ice cream and a minimarket. The photo zone is also great. The biggest disadvantage is garbage. The beach is poorly cleaned, cigarette butts are everywhere, bags are floating in the water, some scraps of plastic... Perhaps the construction site nearby is affecting. It is more comfortable to swim on the left side of the beach, it is cleaner there.
At the end of February, the water was +21-22 degrees. It burns on the first go, but from the second it already seems pleasantly refreshing. The wind is constantly blowing from the sea, it seems that it is not hot, but you can burn even when the thermometer is +25C.

The beach is good and worth coming to it on purpose:
1. Even if there is wind and excitement all around, it will be quiet on the lake at the corners of the bay
2. Few people, especially on weekdays
3. There are showers, but they don't work. They are used as changing rooms. You can still rinse yourself, for free - you need to find triple showers disguised as hanging buckets in two places on the beach (in the middle and from one of the edges))
4. There are toilets
5. Are there any stalls with water/ice cream/snacks

Among the disadvantages: exorbitant prices for umbrellas and sun loungers, the small size of the beach itself, it consists of two parts, half is only open, the second is under repair. The most important drawback for me personally, as I understood, is that these are generally typical for Dubai for some reason, a swimming area is fenced very close to the shore, some kind of frog turns out.
In general, I recommend it only to those who live nearby. Everyone else is better off on other beaches, for example, Kite.

Well, what can I say...to be honest, I expected more(((in all positions, it loses to the more civilized and equipped with modern infrastructure of Sharjah beaches (as a comparison)The only plus is that lying on the beach you can see the Burj Khalifa Tower and admission is free.
The beach itself is small, toilets and showers are in small wooden houses, one of the 3 toilets is working, the rest are closed, there is no paper or soap, so do not be surprised when you enter the shower room that it smells of urine(((not conscious citizens do not want to queue. There are lifeguards and security on the beach, along the way there are several cafes and an excellent supermarket.
