The liquid three. A word for an amateur. The location is normal. The room is clean only upon arrival. No one else is coming to clean up. The interior is quite normal, except that the windows are blowing and a broken door handle will go. I was pleased with the bed and very hot tap water. So be careful! The breakfast is typical. Good afternoon, we booked a room at the business hotel almaty for 4 days in advance through Booking, we arrived from another city, there are no other places of residence anymore. When we came to the reception, we were told that out of 4 days they would be able to check us in only for 1 day, and then they evict us due to the fact that a dilegation from China would settle in, for which then there is a booking system if we were left with a child in our arms on the street in a strange city. I can't say anything positive about this hotel, and I want to warn everyone against booking in this hotel, you can also be thrown out on the street. The reservation was from 08/5/2022 to 08/9/2022.

The bar didn't take the trash off the tables. There were crumbs on it. In general, it's bullshit.

Room cleaning every other day, sometimes after 2. Breakfast is just what they gave, the coffee is not delicious. The mattress is cheap, not comfortable. The code's toiletries will be brought when not. On the plus side: the rooms are large.

In general, a good hotel, there are minor drawbacks, the staff is not sufficiently trained, they are frankly bored at work, they stick in the phone, different shifts do room cleaning in different ways, they forget to put something down or put it away. Often, just for show, they make the bed and that's it. The quality of cleaning is not stable, although it cannot be said that it is dirty.

It totally sucks. Located in the industrial zone, the name does not justify ANYTHING. There is not even a landline phone connection from the hotel!!! Business!!! The rooms are in good condition, but smoky. On the third floor, all rooms are connected to the old ventilation system. The noise is incredible. It does not turn off... No way. The issue is solved only by moving to other floors. I do not recommend it to anyone.
