He simply declared the company bankrupt, added a "plus" note and continues to rob people. I don't believe a single positive review here, because when I sued him, I found more than 20 clients who were deceived by him (we even went to television and the investigative committee), as well as many former employees (not only hard workers, but also engineers), whom he also did not disdain to rob. How can you believe the positive reviews after that?! I do not believe that he realized and became a conscientious person. By the way, he also has a criminal record..

I decided to write a detailed review about the PrivateHouse company and its owner, Alexey, to help people decide on a contractor if someone decided to build a house for themselves. Reviews should be brief, but not in cases when it comes to building a house (in my opinion). The conditions that I had: 1) I wanted to build a one-storey private house for myself in Zaslavl. 2) My income is average (or even slightly below average), so I could only build on credit (from Belarusbank through construction savings). 3) I couldn't be at the construction site myself, because I work in Smolensk. 4) I came across a construction site for the first time, I have no experience in this matter. I was very worried when I was looking for a contractor to build a house. I have never had any personal real estate, but here I have to build a house in which I plan to live until old age. I was unpleasantly surprised when I found out that not everyone (even legal entities) undertakes to cost a house under the loan program. The deadlines for opening a loan were already starting to burn (there are special conditions for preferential loans) and I frantically started looking for a contractor who would agree to build on credit, especially at such a difficult time. I came across the Private House company by accident. I saw 10/10 reviews on some website. That's how I met Alexey, the owner of the company, who listened to me carefully and agreed to build a house on a credit line. What I immediately liked about Alexey: attention to detail, an explanation of all aspects of construction on my fingers (and for me, as a beginner in construction, it was very important), an instant reaction to all my difficulties in preparing for construction, help in solving various nuances. I will try to summarize the positive aspects as briefly as possible during the preparation and construction of the house (looking ahead, I will say that I did not have a single negative moment in my relationship with Alexey and the Privat House company throughout the entire length of the construction site) 1) Thanks to Alexey, the preparation for the start of the loan took only a few trips from Smolensk to Minsk-Zaslavl and back. (If not for his help, there would have been many more such trips due to bureaucratic delays). 2) The most detailed estimate, according to which you can easily control the cost of each work and detail (starting from the nail and ending with blocks, insulation, etc.). I was pleasantly surprised when I checked some prices with my friends or with prices on the Internet. Everything is at the level of the current market. 3) Constant communication with me. Clarifications. Detailed photo and video reports of the work with comments and explanations, thanks to which, during the entire construction stage, I came to Minsk exclusively to arrange the next tranche of the loan. (of course, at such moments I also visited the construction site). 4) I want to say a huge thank you to the company for not blindly following the project, but offering to optimize the roof structure, while getting an argument that is understandable to me, as well as good cost savings. Also for optimizing my access to the terrace. Otherwise, he could face the problem of cold in winter. 5) During the construction, I asked to arrange the connection of my site to electricity. He wrote a power of attorney for the paperwork without my presence. Bottom line: everything is connected successfully and it's only a few% more expensive than if I did it myself. In my case, I would have spent more on gasoline, not to mention time. 6) I didn't pay a penny for the whole construction! I paid only for some additional work that arose at my request (wishlist).This shows the high accuracy of the estimate. What we get as a result: on May 10, 2022, equipment arrived at the site, and by the end of July there is a beautiful, solid house on the site.(I did not find any shortcomings in the construction)(a box with windows, a door, a roof and a roof). I think I'm lucky that in such a difficult time I caught the eye of the Private House company with real professionals in their field! I have described only the main impressions. But they also resulted in a fairly voluminous text. Initially, I had thoughts of doing the facade and interior decoration on my own, connecting my friends to the work, but now I have abandoned this idea. I will order further work from Alexey, so that the quality of the finishes is at the same height as the quality of the built house. Do not expect construction prices to be the same as those of work crews. No team of workers will give such competence, professionalism, accuracy of estimates and approach. I have a house on my property now, which did not cost me nerves and gray hair. Problems, conflicts, disagreements have passed me by. And all thanks to Alexey and his company.
