We bought a TV, so they also offered us TV and setup there, we didn't know that they even sell television in element 5. Everything was connected and configured for us right in the store. We are very satisfied, we watch it with the whole family.

My father was given gift certificates, and I ordered him a laptop, but I had to pick it up personally at the store (it was 2026). I sent it with the words "if they offer anything, refuse everything." Today I went into my personal account and saw that he had been given a tape measure, screen spray, a mouse (the second one is included with the laptop), a cable for connecting the TV and laptop, and a router! Of course, I can understand that out of the kindness of his heart he agreed and believed that he needed it and the goods were good, but why would he need a router?! If he doesn't even know what it is. What kind of pension fraud is this? The sale was on 11/27/2025
