Having completed all the necessary documents for making a purchase in installments, paying at the checkout, with the purchased phone and protective glass, I went to the IT specialist's desk for the subsequent glass sticker. The specialist tried to glue the glass for a long time, but eventually said that the glass turned out to be defective, he would order a new one and when it arrived, I would receive an SMS notification to my mobile phone. And it's good that I decided to glue glass in a store where a specialized person does it. After all, having bought such glass and tried to paste it at home, you will never prove in your life that it was defective, they would say that you do not know how to glue. Therefore, it is worth thinking a thousand times whether it is worth buying such goods in the "5th element", where, in addition to being several times more expensive than other stores, they are also defective.
On 09/24/2019, at 13:48, a message was received on my mobile from 5element that the order was ready for delivery at the Mogilev Gabrovskaya 45 store. At the same time, the shelf life of the order is 2 days. Having postponed my plans, I rush to the other side of the city immediately after work, so that finally the employees of the above-mentioned store glued a protective glass to me. and what is the result? I arrive and it turns out that the ordered glass does not fit the phone I purchased. The packaging of the glass indicates that it is for the model of the phone I purchased, but it does not fit. The IT specialist is at a loss. I don't understand why I have to come to the store twice and not receive the services and goods I pay for twice. I am offered to try to order glass again, and when an SMS arrives about the readiness of the order for delivery, the employees of the "5th element" advise me to call the store so that they can check whether the appropriate glass has arrived or not. Of course, I leave the store extremely indignant. About half an hour later, an employee of Element 5 calls my mobile phone, says that the conversation is being recorded, clarifies whether I made an order and whether it is true that it did not suit me. As a result, he says that there is no glass suitable for my phone in stock, that he can try to order it, but he will probably come back with the wrong one. When what I need arrives, the employee said that it is unknown, it needs to be tracked on the site. I ask a very logical question: "What are you offering me?" I don't get a reasonable answer. Then I explain that I took the phone and all additional goods and services to it in installments, which does not give me the opportunity to simply refund money for services not rendered to me and goods not provided. To which the employee says that he did not know that everything was arranged in installments, says that it is possible to simply reissue the installment plan as an option, and promises to talk with the store about this option. No one else called back. No glass, no gluing services, no reissued installments. Amazing service!!!! I have to ride from one end of the city to the other several times through no fault of my own, while no one compensates for transportation costs or moral damage, because the phone was bought as a gift, and I had to give it without protective glass, then take it back to paste this glass, and in the end return it anyway without glass and with a misunderstanding, whether I, as a customer, will receive at least some intelligible solution to this situation from the store. I will not recommend this store to any of my friends, because you will not get anything here except frayed nerves, defective glasses and the lack of a solution to the problem.
