There are almost no queues, because there are many consultants working, but their work is not quite logically organized.
I chose the product, paid for it, returned, and my consultant is already busy. I have to wait for him, at a time when other consultants are not busy with clients and are walking around the hall. Also, after the purchase, I did not hear anything like "Thank you for the purchase, have a good / pleasant use / come to us again / we will be glad to see you again, etc." 😢

If we talk about the network in general, then the impressions are more positive. The selection of products is quite large, the quality is acceptable. The staff varies from polite and well-mannered professional consultants to arrogant narcissistic boors. It is better not to add products to favorites via the Internet, since the mailing list will torment you, and it is not possible to unsubscribe from it, as in my case, even after contacting the support service. Sometimes they behave like ordinary resales: the goods are available in the store, you arrange delivery, and the next day they call you and say that the goods are not from the supplier))). Overall, I like element 5, but with caveats
