Cheated with the Protection+ program!!! On 03/14/2022, a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner with the Protection + program was purchased, the manager assured that it was possible to change the battery if it failed, which was prescribed in the Protection + public agreement for 03/14/2022. In the future, when problems with the supply of components began, changes were made to the public agreement and now nothing can be changed to Protect + for this vacuum cleaner. Just pay and forget it. Terrible attitude towards the client.
No alternative solutions to the issue under the Protection+ agreement were proposed. We contacted the store, and by phone, and using the Protection+ application (there is a screenshot of the correspondence), they respond rudely and arrogantly. There is no question of any legitimate observance of the interests of the buyer's side, just a refusal and that's it. The Protection + agreement is just a deception of the buyer, if you can make changes to it at any time and not comply with it.

I bought a smart remote control from Yandex in this store. The order was placed through the online store. I arrived, paid, and picked it up. Upon arrival home, I realized that I had sold a used product, at the price of a new one! I take the remote out of the box, which was not packed at all (in cellophane or not covered with a sticker, so that I understand that no one climbed in there). The entire glossy part of the remote control is covered in small scratches, the back of the remote control has two large scratches, as if it were cut with a stationery knife. In general, the product is either from the showcase (they didn't warn about this in any way), or second-hand.

Terrible service, disrespect for customers. We decided to place an order, made a payment, and we were offered delivery from 2 to 6, or from 6 to 9 (approximately). We were persuaded to place an order, and under such delivery conditions we agreed. As a result, they call at seven-thirty and say: "Well, you won't get on the delivery list anymore, we'll deliver tomorrow at 10." The answer was logical: "Who told you that this time is right for me. I'm sorry, but return the money, I'm not satisfied with your work." The answer killed. Well, then in 1.5-2 weeks you will get your money back. The result: a canceled order, an unpleasant aftertaste from the store's work with customers and the search for a more customer-oriented store. Thank you, Element 5, for wasting your time and spoiling your mood!

Since it is written in small print on the price under the product "the FINAL PRICE cannot be deducted from bonuses" and so on for almost 80% of the goods in the salon. There is no such information on the website anywhere. For this reason, I think that it's just a divorce of my own clients. For bonuses, only the product that is not quoted. And if there is something sensible from the product, then without bonuses. As it is. Immediately the desire disappears.

I bought an Apple iPhone 11 smartphone on credit in this store, they brought it with an open package assuring that it was new and not a showcase copy, the battery was 100%. 9 months have passed and problems with the camera started in the smartphone, a black spot appeared in the center of the screen and green highlights appeared when shooting. The smartphone was delivered under warranty to the store, a week later I received a message that a factory defect was detected in the smartphone. It was possible to replace it with a new smartphone, but such a model was not on sale in their store and I demanded a refund. I wrote an application in the store for a refund, and that's the whole joke: the money that I paid for the loan for 9 months was not returned in full. After calling the bank and asking why, they told me that the store had refunded them the money for the cost of the smartphone, but interest was deducted from you during this time. And then I realized that I automatically got about $ 100 (this is the percentage of the bank), not only did they give me a smartphone with a defect, they also blew my head and I still owed. The real scammers in this store. After calling the store, they replied that they had returned the money to the bank for the smartphone, well, as I understood it, spin as you want. That's the way they work with banks. By the way, they were issued through VTB Bank.
I used to buy a lot in this store, now it's on my blacklist.
