A lot of negativity is associated with the 5 element store, or rather with Polapis brand products. We bought a Polaris PGS 2277C steamer to replace the Tefal steamer purchased in element 5 and also not working. When they brought it home, they began to use it and it turned out that it did not work. He was just "spitting" water. We took it to the store, they replaced it the next day with another new one. I didn't have a chance to use it for a week, and when they started using it, it turned out that it didn't want to work properly either. The fact is that he is with a base into which water is poured, and he collected water every other time, after two, in general, it works, then it doesn't. We took him back to the store. For several days we considered whether he was a worker. And as a result, they again admitted that but not a worker. Let's go get the money. That is, we bought THREE steamers and all are not working. And let me remind you that we could not return the Polaris vacuum cleaner to the 5th element, which we cannot use normally. Although they asked to take it away, and instead of Polaris, buy an LG vacuum cleaner. In conclusion, the Polaris brand left us with a terrible impression. And the store administration, an unpleasant impression, with its unwillingness to meet the buyer, realizing that they are selling low-quality goods.
