Hello. I would like to write a review. It is not possible to communicate with a consultant, they will always offer more expensive goods with a bunch of unnecessary functions. First I look at the review, and then I go to the store and take what I need, I don't communicate with consultants. Additional insurance is a separate topic. According to it, no one will change the goods for you, it only includes maintenance, that is, they wiped the dust off inside, removed the scale. We've dealt with coffee machine leaks several times, but they've never done anything to us. When we called the service center, we were told that it had been tested, and nothing was leaking anywhere. It's impossible to prove even with a video, they spread their hands. We waited until the insurance was over and said goodbye. After a couple of months, we sent it to another service for repair, the gaskets were changed, repaired and all the problems were solved. Don't take any extras. insurance, it's a scam, it's just a useless expense.

Nevertheless, I will leave a review about the 5 element store, because I am both outraged and surprised by the low level of warranty service. I state it clearly in chronological order. In February 2024, I bought a Samsung Odyssey G7 LS32BG700EIXCI monitor in this store, at 156 Prytytsky Street. The monitor was issued on credit (leasing) with a repayment period of 1 year, plus the basic guarantee was purchased "Protection +" for two years - also on credit for 1 year. I will write about the advantages and disadvantages of the monitor in another message. It's only about the store itself. So everything was more or less normal until the beginning of May 2024, until the moment when the monitor stopped showing any picture (see photo). And then it started: 05/03/2024 - the monitor was delivered under warranty to the service department of the 5 element store; 05/07/2024 - a call was received from the Samsung ACC and a specialist of the center was informed that a factory defect was found in the monitor, which was eliminated by replacing the defective part. When asked what was replaced in the monitor and what is the cost of replacement, the specialist of the Samsung ACC clearly answered: "The display has been replaced, the estimated cost of replacement is X 1000 rubles"; in addition, the specialist of the Samsung ACC noted that the center will issue all necessary documents and transfer the monitor back to element 5 at Prytytsky, 156; 08.05.2024 - I received a call from the service department of the 5 element store asking if my monitor had arrived from the Samsung ACC, to which the answer was received that it had not arrived, call back after May 9; 05/10/2024 - closer to 20:00, I called the service department of the 5 element store to ask if my monitor had arrived. The store's service department specialist answered this question: "Yes, I arrived, the estimated cost of repair was less than 30% of the cost of the monitor, you can pick up the monitor at the service department." This confused me extremely, because I already knew the amount of repair and, based on basic calculations, it amounted to 37% of the original cost of the monitor. This was immediately reported to the service department specialist in the conversation. To this fact, the store's service department specialist replied that he would sort it out; 05/11/2024 - in order to eliminate an error, I called Samsung ACC to verify the data on the repair of my monitor and the estimated cost of this repair. The data was fully confirmed - I was informed again that the display was replaced, the cost is the same X 1000 rubles; 05/12/2024 - I received a call from the 5 element store. The girl said that since I was supposedly very interested in the timing of the repair and return of my monitor, she instructed me to make a call and inform the following (attention!): "Since there is no necessary part to repair your monitor, the repair is delayed and will be completed only by 05/21/2024." To this, I informed the store's specialist that I received a call from the Samsung ACC and was informed that everything had already been repaired, the display had been replaced and the amount was X 1000 rubles, and also indicated that the specialist of the 5 element service department informed me on Friday (05/10/2024) that the monitor had already arrived from repair and you can come pick it up. The girl did not answer these facts, but said that it was necessary to wait for the end of the weekend, that is, 05/15/2024; 05/15/2024 - I received a call from element 5, in which I was informed that yes, indeed, the cost of repairs amounted to more than 30% of the initial cost of the monitor, so you can come and arrange the necessary papers for termination of contracts for a loan for the monitor and for protection +. But that's not all! 05/16/2024 I went and got all the necessary documents. At the same time, if everything was generally clear with the credit for the monitor, then everything was confused with the credit for "Protection +": as it turned out, in order to get back the money for "Protection +", you need to go to the bank that issued the loan and get a certificate (which, by the way, is paid and costs 15 rubles or 18 rubles for urgency). Of course, no one from the 5th element warned me that it was necessary to take a certificate before going to the 5th element, although I previously made a call to the help desk of the 5th element store at number 275 and asked a very specific question: can I go for a refund for "Protection+", if the bank informed me that the loan was closed!? Therefore, I spent an additional 2.5 hours on an empty trip to element 5 (where I was informed about the need to take a certificate from the bank) and on a trip and getting a certificate from the bank. In conclusion, I want to say that the work of the service department of element 5 is outrageous! I have never seen so much outright and undisguised lies and unprofessionalism among computer and office equipment stores! I have a very bad impression of the store and the work of its specialists during the warranty period. A recommendation for those who buy expensive computer equipment / office equipment / televisions, etc. in this store. If a warranty event occurs, be sure to keep in touch with an authorized service center. Because it is obvious that the 5 element store can easily cheat and give you repaired equipment with a serious defect, the cost of fixing which is significantly higher than 30% of the total initial cost of all equipment. I wish you all good shopping, but don't be fooled!!!

In the 5 element store on Prytytsky street, we bought a wash vacuum cleaner.When we bought it, the consultant said that protection + would cover all breakdowns and malfunctions.A year later, our vacuum cleaner just started to fall apart.The water sprayer simply fell out during cleaning, the power of the vacuum cleaner dropped, the hose cracked, a piece of plastic fell off the handle, and in general, many questions appeared about the operation of the vacuum cleaner.We contacted the service.The vacuum cleaner was sent for diagnosis.After a while, they called us and said that they were not fixing these malfunctions, look for a workshop and fix it themselves.Then why did we buy this protection +.They don't repair anything according to it.The vacuum cleaner was packed from the service, and arrived in the same form, it was not even taken out.Yes, the store showed its face.Disgusting attitude towards customers.The quality of the equipment has dropped to a minimum.Accordingly, the vacuum cleaner is worth it, we do not use it.Never buy this product on this network.But only if.you want to shake your nerves.The store has become just disgusting.Where the purchased goods are of poor quality and still under warranty, which does not work, we do not know.They wrote to the book of complaints and a proposal.Our complaint was also ignored.It's a pity that you don't appreciate your customers.

We agreed with the installer that 1-2 days to warn that the service station can be installed, in fact only after 6 days it will be installed, I do not recommend this store, very low service !!! The main selection criterion was a solid foot-stand (as indicated in the photo and in the product description on the 5 element website). A TV with separate legs has arrived! 5 element, please do not just refer to the manufacturer in the future that he can change the type of product unilaterally, but carry out high-quality and detailed work with suppliers to notify you as a retail chain of any changes made to the product. It sounds ridiculous, such a large network, and the excuse is "the manufacturer did not notify". It means that your departments are not working well if the manufacturer can make changes to the design and you don't even know about it. I also expect that today you will correct the situation and deliver a similar product with a solid stand leg REVIEW NUMBER 2 (continuation of the first one): I am adding a review. I have already written one negative review today (it has been under moderation for about an hour) about the fact that the product did not match the description. After the management was connected, I managed to replace the TV on the same day (I remind you that it was a gift for others) and it cost nerves, because the consultant on the phone said that if I had made a request for delivery of the TV before 11.00 (I clarify that the product was delivered to me that did not match the description and did not the corresponding photo on the website is due to the fault of the 5 element at about 13.00), then they would have brought it to me today, and since it was about 14.00 at the time of the phone conversation, the store cannot do anything. As a result, we picked up a similar TV with a cast leg and it costs 28 rubles more. Okay, I paid the difference, but bring it today. Result: 1. There was a case, I bought a speaker, they checked it in the store, everything seems to be working. I came home, turned it on, connected it to my laptop, after a few minutes the Bluetooth fell off, connected it again, fell off again, and so on constantly. The sales consultant persuaded very hard, eventually starved, paid the money, and in fact a year later it turned out that most of the information that came from the mouth of the seller turned out to be lies! Never be fooled by tricks to get extra money out of your wallet! A year later, I handed over the robot vacuum cleaner for service at this store, although the robot worked perfectly and I was very pleased with it. As a result, two weeks later I received a completely ruined vacuum cleaner! It turns out that I bought problems for my own money! Disgusting store! Today we were with my husband, we wanted to buy a Yandex light bulb. It was very difficult to catch the consultants, those who managed to catch just pointed into space and said "there". Then we decided to place an order via a TV tablet, we were shown "your order number is so-and-so, go to the seller and show the number, she will give you a receipt and make a payment at the checkout" We did not find more than one free seller, we went to the "delivery of goods" where the girl said that she could not give us the goods at this number. Then why all this procedure? When we said okay, show us where she said she couldn't. After I requested the complaint book, the girl changed her communication style to a nicer and more helpful one. We immediately found a consultant who was able to guide us, give us a light bulb and place an order. Element 5, work with the motivation of your sellers, because now they are all absolutely not interested in selling goods and making money. It's just a nightmare that only after a scandal does everyone start working!

We decided to buy a smart watch, a specially trained girl came up, but she behaved so incompetently, she did not know the characteristics of the goods, she reacted to our choice not just negatively, but there was a feeling that we were being asked directly, why did we come here? Ugh? When asked how these differ from these, my wife and I heard only fu. To the claim that the official website of the 5th Element indicates other characters, not those that you have voiced, we heard the statement that there may also be mistakes. A person not only does not promote the store's goods, but intentionally provokes a negative attitude towards the store. There are no questions for the cashiers, the guy is polite, he activated the bonus card, well done, but there is no trust in the staff in T-shirts of different brands anymore.

We asked the consultant to help us choose, so he stupidly walked along the rows with us and studied the characteristics pasted on the doors. I can read without it. And a month ago we bought a vegetable dryer. There is generally a fieria of stupidity. The consultant took the dryer out of the box, but there is no door on it, it was separately packed at the bottom of the box. I ask him where is the door? And he replies that she probably isn't in this model))). And funny and sad. The service is at zero. Either train your consultants, or drive them to the neck!

More often, in stores, most consultants present their knowledge of the difference between VA/IPS matrices to the client like a cheat sheet, masterfully conduct the diagonal, simultaneously juggling pixels and finally all this is flavored with the juiciness of OLED technologies. It is clear that for the solemn transfer of an ordinary buyer to the cashier for a check, this is quite enough ... ====== Faced with this approach in several stores of the chain, I was ready to refuse to buy, if not for the case – I was lucky in the 5-element in the shopping center on Kamennaya Hill. There I saw how one of the consultants helps the client with the choice (he does not "load" and shines with his knowledge, namely in MY WAY!). I decided to turn to him with a choice. And since the task was non–standard: to buy 3in1 - to test in practice the expediency (in my case) of using a TV instead of a monitor: for work, for movies, and for games. The technical "anamnesis" of the Internet and workplace conditions (0.8 - 2m) predicted 16:9 ~38" c OLED and >100 Hz. But the risk of lack of experience working close to a large screen (and not a dimensionless wallet) first prompted an experiment with budget models and other TTX. And here it was impossible to do without the help of a consultant on the spot, and without a test when buying. So, the consultant (name is Vladislav) turned out to be, as they say, with a "twinkle in his eyes" to his business and work: he clarified everything, made his comments, shared his personal experience of switching to a larger monitor. He asked me what I wanted and said "now" and then continued to consider something. I didn't want to talk about models at all. They gave me a bag with hair on them, which I had to clean up, and the girl watched it. I wanted to check them when I had already paid, they looked at me as if I didn't understand what I was asking and then in a rude tone foaza sounded: "check!". If I hadn't been looking for specific headphones all over the network, I wouldn't have bought anything there in my life.

The girl who was on orders asked for an SMS confirming the order placement, then explained that she did not see the request by number, because it was via the Internet. And in general, what does it have to do with it, because the essence of the problem is in the bank installment plan. Another girl, a representative of the Bank, spent a long time finding out which bank we were using, not realizing that there was no bank option on the site. And in general, he cannot score, because there is no application from the store. And if we make a new request, we have to pay for the delivery, which was initially free. As a result, we agreed to pay for the delivery. Then the rusty wheels turned and... Let's go check out. Check out - plus another ten minutes. We listened to all sorts of nonsense about the fact that televisions are supplied from Poland, and the relationship is now "you know what" and it is desirable to buy an additional guarantee ... After listening to this nonsense, we went on. The next stage is the registration of delivery. They came to the counter, the girl came up and defiantly began sorting through the papers. After a couple of minutes, I asked her what her name was. In response... I got the answer))) We left the store about 45 minutes later, without any joy from the purchase. Naively believing that we are heroes and the end of adventures. The TV arrived today. Two guys walk in and boots across the apartment into the back room on the carpet. Without paying attention to the menu at all, they take out the TV. Without responding to my questions and request for verification. He points with his finger where I need to look, turns it on. As soon as the screen lights up, he pulls the plug out of the socket and asks to sign for acceptance. I explain that until I see the pictures and hear that there is a sound, I will not accept. They put everything in a box and go out. (I even recorded this epic episode on video). I'm coming back to the store. The delivery girl smiles and explains that she already knows everything. Everything is what the movers did not deliver. And why, we tried to find out with her. It seems obvious to her that the TV needs to be checked. And the glow of the screen is not enough to confirm the functionality. We're calling another girl. They started to tell me about the regulations. I asked to see where they were written... ended up saying that she promised to write in the comments on the next delivery, which would provide an opportunity for verification. I am at a loss to understand that there may actually be such strange Laws, I called the first store with a similar model that came across in the Yandex search results. There, when asked about the inspection, they asked, am I in Minsk? And they immediately said that I would have 10-15 minutes to check. And by the way, the price is 250 rubles cheaper. But it seems like we have already paid and now we are writing a refusal, going through these circles of hell again... okay. A couple of hours later, the guy from the call center called. He warned that the conversation was being recorded to coordinate the delivery time. I explained that I was coordinating the time, but I would not accept the TV without checking. And then we opened the dispute again for about five minutes. There's another delivery tomorrow - we'll see. In general, who is bored with life - you are in the 5th element!
