I really like the store.We have been making purchases of all complex household appliances and other related products for many years right here, on the street.To Marx.Unfortunately, we also had to deal with the warranty service.But, to the store's credit, all appeals were very clearly regulated.I also had to ask for a refund for a low-quality product.And here we went to a meeting, helped to arrange all the applications, set deadlines.In short, there are only positive emotions from communicating with the staff!!! Well done!!! Try not to lower the bar!!!

19.01.2020 we took an LG TV in installments , we repeated MANY times to the sellers that we would go with the TV to the Russian Federation and use it there. A bearded, active guy explained to us about the package of services that are necessary for this TV. I connected the TV, a plump guy, he asked for a phone number for registration, we clarified once again whether it was accurate to dictate the Belarusian number? If we use the TV in the Russian Federation ...We were told yes, it's okay, everything will work. Words like "Would you like to sign up for a movie theater subscription?" - it wasn't... We were just told to do it. Okay, We arrived in St. Petersburg, and here this subscription is not valid... it turns out that the Russians just threw away 3 thousand rubles !?? We are very upset about the deception of employees.
