There are no questions about the 5 element store itself in Novolukoml, but there is a huge question about buying online. At the point of delivery of the goods, they provided what can be seen in the attached photo.
The power tool Drill-screwdriver GSR 12V-30 (285 BYN) was purchased as a gift. How can I give something that was given to me at the pick-up point. The case was covered in cuts, scratches, and dust... it is somewhat covered with sticky tape. The store employee himself agreed that the box from the screwdriver has a "non-marketable appearance." When I was there, they wanted to open the box and take out the screwdriver itself, but would that make sense? As a result, I refused.
The order was made via the website on 07/21/2021, the screwdriver arrived at the pick-up point on 07/24/2021. After refusing to accept such a product, I called a single number with a consultant and two days later a new screwdriver was waiting for me at the same store. And now there were no questions at all about the new product, so it was possible to bring one initially.
As a result, I did not receive the screwdriver on the day I needed, but only two days later, which was very disappointing.
