People are discharged after surgery with a temperature of 38.4, without checking any tests, as long as they don't take up space

It's a terrible place. I was infected with trophic ulcers, went to bed with one, and ended up with another. After discharge, I feel unwell, the infection reappears. I live on painkillers alone.
