My mother was admitted to this hospital with pneumonia and tested positive for coronavirus. It was one of the hardest days for both her and me. And now for more details. By 2021, the hospital was supposed to have a new neurological building. Due to the epidemiological situation, the building has been commissioned now, for patients infected with coronavirus. My mother was lucky enough to arrive just in time for the opening of the new pulmonology department. It should be noted here that the new ward is the only good thing that was there. A man who spent several hours in line for tests, CT scans, and a couple more waiting to be checked in, could not even interrogate half a glass of drinking water to wash down the pills at night. My mother got drinking water only the next day, when, instead of sitting on self-isolation, I went to her hospital with bottles of water. Since a person with a virus (everyone understands how much such patients need to drink) and with pneumonia had only a ladle of tea for breakfast.... Okay. It gets worse. Several times, other people's pills were brought to my mother and her roommates, once the antibiotic was not brought at all. The next morning, the attending physician (N.A. Chernushina, then the doctor). on the rounds, she made round eyes and claimed that either she did not prescribe such a thing, or she did not cancel the antibiotic.... A 95–year-old grandmother was lying in the ward. No medicine was brought to her for several days. She had a fever and loose stools. Finally, on one of the rounds, the doctor asked about her well-being. Female neighbors in the ward told me that my grandmother was feeling unwell, about loose stools, and then the doctor gave out: "probably from antibiotics." What was her surprise when she was told that nothing was being brought to her grandmother, no ivs or pills.... A week later, my grandmother was transferred to a place where you can breathe oxygen (this building, as I wrote earlier, was not intended for pulmonological patients, therefore, there were no devices to breathe oxygen here, of course), the rest of the women from the ward were transferred to rehabilitation institutions in Aksakovshchina and Borovlyany. All these women were working, but my mother is a pensioner. Therefore, my mother was left in the hospital, and new serious patients were settled in the ward. The doctor herself told my mother that it was bad, viruses tend to accumulate and her condition may worsen. At first she was with some patients, then with others..... In general, I picked up everything. And then it's even more fun. On Thursday, my mother gets an X-ray, the doctor says that the picture is the same as when she was admitted, prescribes another antibiotic, which goes only in droppers and is prescribed exclusively in the hospital. And on Monday, the head doctor comes for a round. With him, my mother's doctor says that my mother still has to lie down and lie down, pierce an antibiotic and injections from thrombosis in the stomach.... And then, apparently, the chief physician was not satisfied that people were lying for so long (my mother was lying for 10 days at that time). Apparently, the hospital ordered her to be released, and my mother's attending physician called her and told her that she was being discharged. According to her, the X-ray that was done on Thursday was looked at incorrectly, everything is already fine there.... Or maybe it's not good? A man is simply retired, society does not need him, women who are still working were sent to rehabilitation, and my mother with untreated pneumonia, with an untested coronavirus test, decided to send home. And where was she supposed to put herself on ivs of such an antibiotic, which, according to the doctor, was necessary for her? And give injections in the stomach for thrombosis? Mom began to persuade the doctor to leave her for now, because it is suspicious that the X-ray suddenly turned from bad to good, and since Thursday the picture could have changed for the worse, because mom had new patients in the ward. The doctor threatened my mother with an X-ray, saying that it's bad to do X-rays so often, but if you don't believe me, I'll send you now.... And then, finally, she offered to send me to the 11th hospital.... I decided not to mess with the pushy pensioner after all. She said that they would take an express test and take it, but it never came to the test… In addition to all of the above, there are practically no doctors and medical staff in the hospital, this is understandable, everyone is quitting, it's scary, someone is sick.... A woman with a very high fever was lying in her mother's room, she felt very unwell, her roommates often had to call nurses for help. There is no one at the post, they walk, they call like in the forest- no one..... And it gets worse for a person, they go again- no one.....Something like that.....Mom, thank God, took her own thermometer, they bring thermometers- no matter how much you hold- everyone has 34.9. Special thermometers, probably, for statistics, as well as devices for measuring oxygen in the blood. A person with a high temperature, with terrible shortness of breath, and the device shows the norm. Especially on the rounds of the chief physician, everything was great for everyone, even if you run a marathon. And yes, I can't get through to the pulmonology department. So many times I tried to talk to at least someone, find out about my mother's condition, ask for water for her in the first days of her stay at 5 GKB, find out why they don't send her to rehabilitation centers, at least discuss X-rays with someone. I only got to the help, they gave me 3 phones that were silent day and night. All the phones listed on the hospital's website, on the pulmonology page, starting with the phone of the post, ending with the phone of the head, are silent around the clock. The proof of this is the hundred outgoing calls in my mobile phone log. It is clear that time is hard and it is hard for everyone. But I just can't calm down, every call from my mother, her tears and worries are like a knife to my heart. In general, everyone has good health and an adequate, decent attitude towards you!!! I want to believe that there is order and decency in other prostitutes…
