It is almost permanently closed. How the museum works in the basement is unclear!((. There are many other buildings on the territory...what kind of houses are these, who lives in them - they don't talk about it!(. And the last thing...for some reason, huge angry dogs are kept on the territory of the museum ((... they bark terribly and scare children and the elderly, and most importantly - it's scary not to enter the territory, although the territory is open even at night(. This is an outrage! I think the police should step in.
