Hamburgers and McDonald's for 1800 rubles are too much, in my opinion, the rest of the services and food are too expensive. The hotel is located essentially between motorways, to Hagia Sophia about 20-30 minutes by taxi, from the airport 50 - 120 minutes, depending on the time of day.
