I want to write a review.
While I was waiting today, I saw this picture: in front of me was a man who was yelling, behaving aggressively, and if it hadn't been for the glass, he probably would have beaten the cameraman (the girl). I already wanted to call security myself, because the whole queue was slowed down because of this guy.
But the most interesting thing was how the girl behaved - calmly, respectfully and did not allow herself to be sarcastic. When it was my turn, this friend came up again and he smelled of alcohol. I probably would have already snapped at this guy, but the girl continued to behave calmly, and she still has a whole day of work ahead of her.

Terrible service! The specialists are incompetent. Among all 5 specialists, all turn to one, distract each other. Why make 2 cash desks for legal entities, if there are a priori more individuals, especially in such a small department located in the shopping center. Experts do not discuss clients aloud in a face-to-face light, they literally ridicule them. Waiting for more than an hour. I highly recommend not contacting this bank branch!

I have been working in Tivali for several years, I often walked past this department and always saw a queue there. It's just always. Well, I think sometimes a lot of people can't cope.
Until I needed to exchange the currency myself.
This is some kind of tin. My number was 190, on the scoreboard the last number in processing was 181. That is, there are 9 people in front of me in total.
I waited in line for fifty minutes. Very unhurried staff. Just like that. Moreover, I can't understand at all why an employee at the checkout, instead of performing direct duties to receive money, advises her grandmother through her window what and where to click in the application when 3 (three, Carl!) the consultants nearby are completely free, picking their noses and spitting at the ceiling.
In general, I don't know about other branches of this bank, but in this particular one you will always get in line, keep this in mind if you need this particular bank.
