It's a very sparse territory compared to the neighboring ones. Nothing for the little guests! Just a football field with grass and a very small beach. Disgusting attitude of the staff! The room is cleaned every other day! Water is brought every other day with 4 bottles of 0.5. With two children, it's perfect! The Wi-Fi works every other time. There is a shop nearby, open until 22.00. There is nothing to do with children in this hotel. 2 attractions and everything that is good here. The pool is not heated, swimming is not an option for January. There's nowhere to walk. Only one Plane Tree girl at the reception is interested in solving your questions, the rest don't care! In general, the city is nothing ... but, this is another place after Turkey, where you don't want to return at all. Starting from the staff and ending with the territory, everything is sad and boring.

Great hotel. We are resting here now.
A nice beach (small, but there are always sun beds), a gentle entrance for children. I will not say about nutrition - we live in the Residence building (there is a kitchen in the room, we cook ourselves). We go to a cafe in the evening.
In the hotel restaurant itself, prices are too high, breakfast for three is 6000 rubles, lunch is about 8000 rubles, in the bar of a can of cola (for example) -650 rubles. I immediately write this in rubles :)
The service is excellent, Cleaning 👍🏻
The sauna is cool (although you can't take children with you).
The location of the hotel is super - close to the palace, Marina Mall, famous Etihad towers, Sheikh Zayed Monument.
In fact, there is nothing for children in the hotel)
Not exactly the same hotel format. But our 8-year-old princess was fine))
We are relaxing with friends - they also have children, we entertained ourselves perfectly.

Everything seems to be OK, but:
The plumbing is all leaking
There are no modern or international outlets.
The food assortment is average
The beach seems to be cleaned, but thorny trees grow near the beach line, and dry branches with 1.5-2 cm thorns are not uncommon in the sand.
If finances allow, then another hotel is better.

Great vacation at Bab Al Qasr – an oriental tale in Abu Dhabi!
April 2025 will be remembered by me as one of the most luxurious and soulful vacations, and all thanks to the Bab Al Qasr Hotel! From the first minutes of my stay, I was immersed in the atmosphere of comfort, elegance and true oriental hospitality.
Room: comfort and luxury
My room was a true embodiment of an Arabic fairy tale – spacious, spotlessly clean, with an exquisite interior in the best traditions of Oriental style. Special thanks to Zinidan for his help in settling in and taking care of my comfort! He didn't just do his job, but did it with warmth and attention to detail, which immediately created the feeling that I was not just a guest, but a welcome friend.
Staff: service at the highest level
The hotel staff deserves a special ovation! Every employee – from the administration to the maids – was incredibly polite, friendly and ready to help in any situation. It was felt that the guests were really appreciated here and they strive to make their stay perfect.
Territory and food
The hotel impresses with its architecture – majestic, but at the same time cozy, with stunning views of the sea and the city. Pools, beach, recreation areas – everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The restaurants offer a varied and delicious menu, and the breakfasts are simply delicious!
Bab Al Qasr is not just a hotel, it is a place where luxury, comfort and warmth are combined. If you want to feel like you're in an oriental fairy tale with impeccable service, this is the perfect choice. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to all my friends!

The hotel is not bad, but the beach is a problem, there are few sun beds, you have to take them from seven o'clock in the morning, at 8.00 if you come,everyone is busy, the beach itself is not big, the swimming area is fenced with buoys,it is not big at all, in the morning the water goes very shallow, they are not allowed to swim behind the buoys you have to be broke, if you have small children, then this is an ideal option for you.

Positive:
1. Lived on the 24th floor with a view of Emirates Palace. Gorgeous
2. Clean, daily cleaning

There was even borscht) the sea - not here for him, here is a small bay from the Gulf of Yu, opposite the beach is a construction site. But! The water is the purest! The pool is also small. Nice hotel, location close to some attractions within walking distance.
But the beach is not really good. Sunbeds, towels - everything is in order, there are always places, and, here, the sea is knee-deep and after a few meters buoys. I swam on foot, like in a children's pool and that's it...
But Abu Dhabi is close (20 minutes by car) to Saadiyat Island, there is a public paid beach there - the sea is gorgeous. One of the best beaches I've ever met.
Friday is Women's Day, men will not be allowed on the "Calais" beach.
There is a second one, I don't know the name, perhaps without such restrictions.

Excellent hotel at relatively reasonable prices, vacationed in October 2023, good location, its own beach , alcohol is sold in the bar, which is not in all Abu Dhabi hotels. The cuisine is acceptable, I consider gastronomy in principle not the strongest side of the UAE. There is a spa complex, a swimming pool, many attractions nearby - the Presidential Palace, Marina Mall, Etihad Towers. Service and maintenance at a height.

Wasted money. The service is zero, the hotel is tired, everything is broken and does not work. The guy checked in with me from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for an additional fee - he changed 4 rooms everywhere there is ruin. On 30+ floors, there are 30 sun beds by the pool and 40 pieces on the beach by the green swamp.

A beautiful and comfortable hotel. Fresh coffee with dates and refreshing fruit water are always available in the lobby. A warm, clean pool, though it works only until 20-00, it would be possible to stay longer. Of the minuses, room cleaning, floors are not washed at all, dust is also not cleaned on surfaces. Only linen and towels are changed.

I've never written negative reviews, but it's impossible to keep silent! The hotel is a horror!
1. The hood is bad, the rooms smell of cigarettes
2. In 6 days, cleaning was done 1 time, shampoos, water, paper are not brought in the rooms. We went to the reception three times, it's useless, they smile and talk now, in the end nothing. The second day there is no toilet paper and water in the room, they took out travel supplies, bought water.
3. The bay is very shallow and dirty, near waist-high buoys, the grass from the bottom floats all over the top
4. The pool is very chlorinated, we wash twice, the smell does not go away
Definitely, we will not return here, it is not worth the money, and even more so the 5th check-in.

I don't know who these people are who give the hotel 5 stars. The hotel is just disgusting. This is a stretch of 3 stars.
1. Disgusting breakfasts with raw waffles, watermelon and melon fruits
2. It is very shallow, it is impossible to swim
3. Dirty pool, sun beds and tables. Ants are eating something on them
4. It's very cold
5. A very tired room
6. The air conditioner stinks of dampness
7. There is no coffee in the lobby at all times
8. The staff is sad
In short, I definitely would not have come here a second time.

Of the minuses (judging by what I saw around, this is the trouble of all local hotels) - a very small size of the sea area fenced for swimming - in the morning you can walk to the buoys, in the evening - the tide, more fun. Very friendly lovely staff of the hotel, quickly solve any questions. I especially want to mention the chefs - just a magical kitchen, even for me, a vegetarian, there are a lot of dishes, the rest of the family is delighted. When ordering ultra all - deposit is not required.
