It was my first five-star hotel. Everything was at the highest level. Insanely delicious food, an unrealistically cool atmosphere, polite staff who were always ready to help. If I come to Dubai again, I will only stay at this hotel, I highly recommend it!

Food for a 5-year-old child. The breakfast is good, but the porridge is only on the water, the daughter did not eat. I had cereal for breakfast. Dinner is not suitable for children, I ate buns (the pastries are delicious) The food is great for adults.
The service is excellent.
The staff is obviously trying. The beach is nice, but the sun beds and umbrellas are very "tired", the mattresses are torn and the umbrellas are also. The room was nice, but I didn't like the wardrobe with the massive doors. The kitchen is in the room, it's fine for two of us.
I liked the pool in the form of a river with waterfalls, a large view pool (the water is very comfortable and warm). The entrance to the sea at low tide is difficult, with rocks.
It's convenient that it's nearby (a 7-minute walk to a shopping center with a supermarket, helped out a lot with food.)

I recommend the hotel by 200%. Starting from the location (20 minutes from the airport), the large Nakheel Mall is within walking distance.
A private, clean, well-groomed beach with comfortable sun beds and umbrellas, two lifeguards are on duty from morning to evening.
A large Infinity pool with a magnificent view of the sea and the coastline of Marina Beach. There is a lazy river with cheesecakes on the territory, but this is more fun for children)
Breakfasts and dinners are a separate topic of aesthetics, well-trained staff and an amazing variety of dishes, drinks and desserts. You will definitely not remain indifferent!
The room is clean, not shabby, cleaning every day, shower facilities are of high quality and are updated as needed. Capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, capsules, tea and water are replenished every day.
The only drawback, but this is rather not a minus, and not the tour operator's daughter, she was not warned about the $ 500 deposit and it was taken in dirhams. Upon check-in, it is not very pleasant to find out about this and go urgently to the exchanger (they refused to take it in dollars)
There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception at the entrance to the hotel, who helped a lot with quick adoption and partially with translation.
The hotel is really worth its 5 stars!

The hotel left a very pleasant impression, and in everything. The breakfasts are decent, the territory is green and well-groomed, the views are beautiful, the beach is three steps away, the pool has cooling water up to 28 degrees. We were alone with my wife - it was one of our best holidays. Plus, successful shopping is a 5-minute walk to the huge shopping center, where you can also buy fresh and delicious ready-made food in the room. It is better to bring your own drinks from Duty.

I liked the hotel. Good location, across the street Mall (shopping center), its own beach, beautiful views. A comfortable bed, lots of TV channels, the rooms are not large, but cozy. I recommend taking the hotel immediately with breakfast and dinner. The food is varied and delicious. Food is very expensive in Dubai, it will save you a lot.

The advantages are a good location, close to the shopping center, where there is everything you need, a beautiful infinity pool, a green area, and access to the promenade. The food is not the largest selection of dishes, but it is delicious and at a good level, there is an Indian restaurant on the 15th floor, a bar, a tea/champagne lounge. Cons- a large deposit upon check-in, in addition to 20 dirhams per day, 2000 dirhams were asked for 10 days. The minibar is expensive.

I like everything, almost. We checked in at 11 early, although the check-in is at 15, well done, we went to a meeting. There is almost always a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, which is convenient if English is lame on both legs. In a 5-minute walk, Naheel Mall is probably the largest on palm, there are shops and where to have lunch. Awesome prominence on the beach line, you just need to know the gate, how to get there from Dukes. It's stunningly beautiful in the evening. There is also a place to walk near the mall, a 3000m circular treadmill with markings every 100m, ponds, paths, beauty.
Overall, we are satisfied.

The reception and the entrance area of the hotel are very cool and pretentious, a huge lobby where it always smells delicious and there are fresh flowers everywhere. There are many swimming pools on the territory, there is also one free inside, it is a 3-minute walk to the bay.
There are also many bars and restaurants on the territory, there is no way to stay hungry.
If you want to save money, there is a Nahil Mall across the street, there are a lot of supermarkets and an excellent inexpensive food court with coffee shops and restaurants (I highly recommend Italian, stupefied pastas for only 50-60 dirhams)
The rooms are obviously tired and require updates. I liked the bathroom, but they don't give me toothbrushes, washcloths, and I was a little surprised.
The toilet is specific, you need to get used to the flushing system (it's on the side, and you need to flush, sorry, while you're sitting on it, otherwise it will be difficult later)
The oven and the dishwasher do not work together, only separately from each other - they do not pull in power.
There is a kettle, it probably heats up for 10 minutes))

The breakfasts are not super rich, but everything you need is there - fruits, cheeses, sausages, pastries, juices, cereals, etc.

Maintenance and cleaning are slow, depending again on the specific shift.
Personally, we wanted to have dinner in the room and found neatly stacked dirty plates on the shelf, which apparently someone had stacked from previous guests, but staff had not checked this moment.
It was unpleasant, but the manager came a few days later and asked about the cleaning, if everything was OK.
They didn't offer any nishtyaks, they just made swans with hearts out of towels))
Also, cute cats live on the territory, affectionate and playful, they will be happy if you feed them sausage)
There is no Russian-speaking staff, they only know some phrases. The hotel is designed for the British (90 percent of them probably live in the hotel), but if you speak English, there will be no problems at all.

If you are not going to spend the whole vacation "hanging out" at the hotel, then prepare the money - you can't normally get to the city from the palm tree. The monorail is not cheap, and it takes you to the city border, and then on foot to the subway - "no, thank you!"
So it's just a taxi, and it's not cheap!
An option is to take a taxi to the subway, and then travel on it.

I like the hotel, the staff responds to any request. Wonderful location- and beach holidays - and nearby Nakhil mall, 15 min taxi to the Marina.
The food is varied, we liked everything. Fruit.
Minus, of course, 2 meals a day, we are used to all inclusive.
On the beach, food is expensive (fries, pizza, cola, burgers. I recommend ready-made food in Nakhil Mall, you can eat there, you can take it with you. You can't go to the beach with your own food. Those who want beer were also taken at the mall, at the hotel it is 3 times more expensive.
Upon check-in, a tour fee is charged - 3 of us were charged $ 40 for 8 days.
The exchange rate at the hotel is unprofitable - at the rate of 3.61, they exchanged for 3.27.
There is a large commission at the airport.

There is a shopping center across the street., 15 minutes to the Emirates Mall, 25 minutes to the Dubai Mall. Nice beach and swimming pool with beautiful views of the bay. This is a great hotel. Lots of flowers in the lobby - Beauty! The service is top. The breakfasts are fantastic, from Indian cuisine to vegan sushi. The room cleaning is excellent. A hotel that you definitely want to return to! Everything is great, from the level of hospitality to the location. The beach is clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is always ready to run to the rescue. The territory is large and beautiful, there is a place to walk. Within walking distance of the shopping center, where there is always fresh fruit.
The hotel itself is clean, there are small jambs in the rooms, but the TV didn't work well and the safe didn't work. There are flaws in the bathroom, but this did not affect the quality of rest at all. I was struck by the cosmetics in the rooms! That's really the level, put shampoos and gels from Elemis.
Mom had a doctor, the hotel congratulated her in the restaurant and in the room, sang songs when she passed by, congratulated. It was fun :)

We were there 3 times, in different compositions and rooms, in season and out of season.
1. Staff - 5 points, the attitude is amazing no matter what.
2. Food - special thanks - breakfast / dinner was taken, delicious, there are no queues, you want to choose a place on the 1st floor, you want on the 14th (at the discretion of the guest),a new kitchen for dinner every day, there is a menu in which you can view in advance, barbecue day, English, Arabic, etc.
3. The beach is not overloaded, there are 3 pools, there are plenty of sun beds, there are always free ones. Walk 5 minutes at a calm pace.
4. For me, the location is excellent, opposite in 10 minutes (across the street Nakhil Mall) where there is everything you need, if not, you can order for convenience. To the amusement parks, 35 minutes by taxi (well + traffic jams if there are any). To large malls from 30 to 50 minutes.
5. The attitude towards children is excellent, attention, gifts, many even understand and respond to popular phrases in Russian.

The cuisine in the luxury restaurants is magnificent and varied.
The staff is well-mannered and friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated and carefully cleaned.
There are expensive luxury cosmetics in the bathroom. The beach and pool are immaculate. The view from the beach to the city is a delight.
There is a balance in everything, where conservative English traditions are advantageously intertwined with modern technologies. There is nothing to complain about, and the hotel does not give such a reason. Great!

On the whole, it is satisfactory. But the disadvantages, of course, attract more attention.
There is usually a queue at the entrance for breakfast and dinner. The food is delicious, but the layout of the room is such that people with plates have to squeeze between the food racks and the pillars. Considering the crowd, it's unpleasant. But the staff is coping with the influx in principle.
There are no paper napkins in the restaurant. They give out one thick one for breakfast and a rag one for dinner. The breakfast utensils are one set, then it can be difficult to ask for more.
The rooms are quite cramped. Most have a window-to-window balcony with another wing of the hotel. The room is dark all the time, due to the layout of the building itself. There are questions about the bathroom layout - a stationary glass partition excludes the use of such by people with impaired coordination, the elderly and children.
There is no bidet, just a hygienic shower.
The territory of the hotel is small. There are no places by the pool after 10-11 am. There are no towels on the beach after 16-17. Part of the pool area is fenced off for some other members of the "circle".
Gazprombank's Union Pay does not work in the restaurant, Ula works in the bar.
At the reception, the exchange rate of the dirham to the dollar is simply indecent. Upon check-in, a deposit of approximately 1680AED is required, apparently $ 500 per room. We were given $1,500 in dollars for 2 rooms. This is approximately the rate of 2.25 dirhams per dollar, when the average exchange rate is 3.6 AED per $ 1. There is an exchange across the street. The result was a deposit of $ 930 for 2 rooms.
The water in the room is free in small bottles. It is sold for 500rubles at dinner. Coffee is free in the room, but it tastes unpleasant. There is portioned cream, there is sugar. But there are no spoons to stir it all in the room. Torn robes, straight with holes. The same towels on the beach. Beggarly.
Pizza Margarita in the bar 1800₽. Beer is 1250rubles
per mug.
The bed is comfortable. Cleaning is daily, high-quality, despite the stupid non-anatomical partition in the bathroom, the staff manages to clean it well.
The reception is small. There are queues there too. There's not even a clock, it's time to look…
In general, we did not understand what the joke of this hotel is. If only for business to stay here.

Everything is in the highest class! I really liked the hotel. You will never go without food in a restaurant. The windows offer a gorgeous view. I also really liked the pool in the form of a river. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are always fresh flowers in the reception hall. There is a place to take beautiful photos. There is a shopping center nearby with a grocery store for those who take breakfast/dinner.
The rooms at the hotel are very cozy and luxurious. It's always clean, the cleaners are decent and don't even take tips until you personally hand them over. The territory is not very large, but with everything you need. I really liked the concept of the pool, again, you can take beautiful photos against the background of skyscrapers.
