I was in the store in the Castle and on Komsomolskaya ... Appreciation for the service and quality in general. I bought a wool dress and a jumper in the summer, washed it by hand with a wool detergent, in the morning there were 5 holes on the dress, mostly in the seam area. I called the office - guys, this is trash, - the disgustingly ill-mannered manager replied to me (based on her knowledge of me and how I washed the dress, apparently better than myself) that I was wearing the dress and it tore because! before that, they had no complaints about these dresses))) I took this miracle dress to the store and wrote a complaint, which no one answered either verbally or in writing! I came to pick it up to give it to the studio for repair, wrote a 2nd complaint - also without a response. The service was terrible- the sellers were already negative, so I almost tearfully took the dress to Atelier 12, where they told me that any examination would prove that these were needle punctures in production that were not immediately visible to the naked eye. After talking to Sorochinskaya staff, I no longer wanted any expertise or money for the belt, I just gave it back and fixed it myself. But I have never seen such a lowly attitude towards a client anywhere before and never before! Shame and disrespect to you, the brand administration, who keep such a team and treat the quality of their products in such a way.

I don't recommend the store or the brand. The attitude towards the customer is not polite. The clothes turned out to be defective. They refused to refund the money, despite the fact that it is legally required. Repairs of up to 3 weeks were offered. I won't buy this brand anymore. There are shops for this money, but with a pleasant attitude to the customer. I read the reviews later. Sorry. I'm not the first one to be unhappy.

On 12/26/2025, my husband and I bought a coat at the Palazzo shopping center. To put it mildly, we were shocked by the sales consultant's attitude. The older woman behaved just disgustingly. She answered questions irritably, asked to give a coat a size smaller, nervously replied "it's not fashionable," etc. The funny thing was that she didn't allow things to be properly examined, clinging to the hanger. A girl came out of a nearby fitting room and hung up her shirt. The sales consultant ran out of the store after her, saying, "Where's the shirt?" The girl came back, showed me where she hung it up, and for a minute, the consultant didn't even apologize. In general, it was like that. Of course, it's wild to observe such an attitude towards customers nowadays. She treated this brand very well. But I'll never come back. The mood is ruined.
