The hotel is new. The rooms are large, towels, bathrobe, slippers were changed, cosmetics were replenished in the bathroom every day (shampoos, gels, cream, brush, toothpaste, soap), there was an iron in the room, a kettle, coffee and tea were put exactly as many bags as a person lives. They put a couple of bottles of water in the room every day, even though they are already whole. The beach is large, the entrance to the sea is smooth, sandy. Sun loungers could be found at any time without any problems. Cons: after 12.30-13.00 the sun went behind the hotel building and the beach was in the shade, so you could only sunbathe in the morning. Upon arrival, you are not escorted to your room, given a card and told to go to the elevators, while not even calling the floor! According to the number on the card 611, we guessed that most likely our room is on the 6th floor, but we did not manage to leave above 5, it turns out that it is necessary to attach the card from the room to the validator in the elevator, then the button on the 6th floor works, we were also not warned about this! During the rest, we noticed that we are not the only ones, it turns out that the hotel has such hospitality-go yourself and look for your room!

The beach area is not large.

FOOD is a strange concept in general. At lunch and dinner, water, juice, tea, coffee ARE PAID FOR EVERYONE. FOR FREE, ONLY THE WATER THAT THE WAITERS POUR FROM THE BOTTLE THAT THE WAITERS HAVE, YOU CAN'T TAKE IT YOURSELF AND POUR IT INTO A GLASS. ((( HE POURED A GLASS AND LEFT. The main ones in the hall walk around looking at you as if they were wardens. Which is not a pleasant feeling.
The food is the same every day.
There are no Russian-speaking employees at the reception and at the restaurant on the beach.
There is nowhere to put garbage on the beach.
After 15:00, the beach and pool are in the shade. Maybe it's a plus in the heat (But you need to find a place to sunbathe((
There are no other beaches nearby, only urban ones, but believe me, it's not worth going anywhere
We walked around the city.
There are 3-4 hotels on the coast for the whole city.
Stupid shopping malls . There is nothing to buy.
There is no alcohol anywhere in the city.
It's boring, but you can relax.

Large cozy spacious rooms. Good service. Nice staff. Excellent cuisine. There is a Jacuzzi on the territory of the pool. Near the beach. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including on the beach.

The cleaning of rooms and corridors leaves much to be desired. Well, a huge cockroach (!) that's been lying in the hallway for 2 days, seriously?! It was a birthday, we were warned in advance, there was no compliment-congratulations. K-customer orientation. The location is good, the sea is nearby, there is a swimming pool, sauna with hammam. But not 5 stars, of course.

The hotel is new. The whole engineering system works perfectly. I was struck by the large bathroom. The service is at the highest level. Starting from the arrival. There are Russian-speaking staff. Thanks a lot to Dima at the reception for help and clarification. There are a lot of Russian-speaking tourists. The big plus of this hotel is its own beach. However, during a strong low tide, you can just walk to the buoys. We really liked everything, and we went with the whole family - me, my husband and daughter of 17 years.

I was at the hotel from the second to the ninth of February 2020.Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, great location - first line.I was with a child of 8 years old - in the children's club they work with children from only one travel agency..the rest are not allowed in, besides, the girls working there with cold faces are more like the players of the football team..Stairs to the beach are not designed for toddlers..very cool and improperly designed...There will be broken knees ...For adults, it's just paradise...

The hotel, the beach, the pool, the attitude of the staff is good. Food for an amateur. The choice is large, but all with a specific taste, maybe someone likes it.. There are a lot of sweets. In general, Turkey. There's nowhere to walk in the evening. In general, Fujairah is a very dirty town. I have the impression that I have been to India or Pakistan. Good afternoon. We liked the hotel, but it doesn't pull 5 stars. The food is good, but the service is lame. We were given a corner room, it was cool, towels for a family of 4 people we were given 2 large and one for the face, one bottle of water. The staff does not speak Russian, we were not very comfortable. There is no animation, there is no entertainment. The territory is small, there is nothing to see outside the hotel within walking distance. We went twice by taxi, both times the drivers fell asleep at the wheel.

I had a rest with my family in the period from 10/28/19 to 11/17/19. For a full 10 days, it was stormy for 3 days, they were not allowed into the sea, for 2 days there was pollution of the sea and the beach with oil or fuel oil. There are unusually many restrictions in the hotel: access to the sea from 9 am, access to the beach, despite the huge number of doors only on the technical floor past the pool treatment facilities (there is always an unpleasant smell), which is very inconvenient with baby strollers. There is one toilet on the territory of the recreation area, located remotely, which significantly increases the likelihood of pissing in the pool. The menu practically does not change, it clearly does not pull on the 5th. I can recommend this hotel only after a week of running around Dubai for 3 days, no more. Wasted time and money!
