We stayed at the hotel during a business trip to Istanbul at the end of June 2025, a good hotel with good breakfasts, a little tired, but everything was clean, the room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, the water was hot, the air conditioner was working, although it is impossible to switch modes, as it turns on the switch on the wall to some programmed mode, you can't change it, just turn it off. The reception offers guided tours, we did not take them, as we were on business, they only asked us to call a taxi, the reception staff speak good Russian, always tried to help, prompt, in general, the hotel has a solid 4 points. The location is good, the historical part of the city is 20 minutes on foot or 3 tram stops away, there are many cafes around, there are grocery stores, Migros, there are also Waikiki and Defakto nearby.

Overall, a good hotel, I do not lower my rating, because on such a budget you should not expect anything else, decent breakfasts (by Turkish standards), scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fresh vegetables and herbs, cheese, hard cheese, sausage of the same type, sauces /snacks, olives, pancakes, coffee is terrible, but I will say what they have outside the hotel, except for Turkish, the rest is water. A couple of cookies from desserts. Of the huge disadvantages, the next room smokes, you "smoke" too, but everyone smokes there, you can't stand it, stay at home, as they say ((( rooms are cleaned daily, bathrooms are tired but clean, good location, convenient transport interchange, tram stop 200 meters away, grocery stores within walking distance
