Great hotel, just lovely, solid four stars. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very cozy, clean, and have a beautiful view from the windows. The rooms have everything. Walking distance to shops, McDonald's nearby, 25 minutes to Marina Bay.
The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, clean water, sun loungers with soft ottomans, gorgeous night lighting.
There is a gym where those who wish can keep fit while relaxing.
Good and delicious cuisine.
Excellent hotel - I recommend it to everyone. We will be happy to come again.
Dubai is really a fairy tale, dear, but still a fairy tale.

A good hotel for unassuming tourists. The furniture in the rooms is old. But everything is clean. Very nice bathroom. Separate bathtub, separate shower room. Beautiful interiors. Very tasty breakfasts. Nice girls at the reception. Transfer to the beach (Jumeirah Public beach) by small bus. The pool is small, but very nice. Good sun beds. In the evenings, dinners are held by the pool. In general, the hotel left a pleasant impression. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant administrator. He is very rude both to tourists and to the staff. It was unpleasant to hear him swearing. The waitress girls are very cute. You just need to get their attention))

I was at the Arjaan by Rotana hotel with my mother and I want to say that the service is at the highest level, people are responsive and always help in any difficulties, you can eat very tasty and satisfying in the dining room, there is a swimming pool (very warm), the room is cleaned during the day, the room has air conditioning. A wonderful hotel! I've stayed in it a couple of times! The staff tries to help with all questions! The service is excellent! The rooms are clean and have everything you need! A variety of breakfasts and lunches!

I visited this hotel in February, very clean, cozy, service and service at the highest level. The room we had was an apartment. The comfortable bed is in excellent condition, and by the way the bed, towels and bathrobes are fresh, changed regularly. We had lunch in the restaurant, everything is delicious and the cuisine is diverse👍👍👍 The location of the hotel, near the tram stop, to the Marina area is about 15-20 minutes walk, to the sea by tram 10 minutes, and 40-50 minutes on foot.

We came to study and lived in a three-room room for 6 people. I really liked the room with a large kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen has everything you need. Gorgeous bedrooms. Each has a bathroom, a bathtub, a shower. The beds are excellent and large with a comfortable mattress. You can't hear the neighbors in your bedroom. There is a good restaurant. I really liked the hostess Aidan, she is friendly, she will always help. I also liked the girl Gulnur , Khanin at the reception. And the administrator Damir. Konsierj Begijan. And in general, all the staff is polite and helpful. I recommend this hotel to you.

We stayed with our family in this hotel for 7 days. The hotel is located in the lively quarter of Media City. The area of offices of large companies . The location is convenient, the Dubai Marina is about 30 minutes on foot.The location is convenient for both business trips and leisure. There is a transport stop nearby. The nearest beach is 15-20 minutes away. We were taken by a free shuttle from the hotel from 10-13 :00. The beach to which they take us is very clean. There are free toilet/toilet cubicles. The shower is free outside. There are really no sun loungers .If you want to explore the beaches on your own, it is convenient to get by any transport, taxi / bus / metro.It takes 30-35 minutes by taxi to Burj Khalifa, about 1 hour by public transport. The hotel itself is very clean , has a high-quality fresh renovation. Everything is constantly cleaned and washed . There is an outdoor swimming pool with a beautiful view. The pool is neither deep nor large. The food is excellent , the hotel itself has a restaurant with excellent service and delicious cuisine. The breakfasts are varied and you can choose the food for any preference. The points are taken into account for those who adhere to a gluten-free diet with a selection of eco-products.
Dinner is served in a smaller amount , it seems that guests are less likely to attend dinner and walk . But everything is always fresh and delicious . The desserts are very well prepared. We had a Moroccan-style room. Very clean . Several rooms and a swimming pool. The furniture is not new , but well maintained . There are no foreign smells from the bathroom , it 's great . There is a large construction site in the neighboring area, it goes on all day and even night, but we were not embarrassed by this. I would like to note all the staff separately , not a single question was left unanswered and they always respond very promptly to any request! Very friendly! All the staff speaks English, there are Russian speakers as well. Special thanks to the nice girl Gulinur at the reception. She helped me a lot with solving various issues and advised me on how to move . In general, the impression of the hotel is that the hotel is clearly not 4 stars but 5! We had a good rest, which is what we wish you !

A convenient place to relax. It's always cool. There is a swimming pool and every morning a minibus will take you away and bring you to the free beach. There is a fitness room and a billiard room. Delicious morning breakfasts. Lots of drinking water.

I liked the hotel, it is very beautiful and bright. I doubted the choice because there were few reviews, and I did not miss it. View of the sail from the room. The kitchen is at the highest level . The room has everything . The staff is responsive, there are Russian speaking staff. Special thanks to the concierge Begidjan (speaks Russian). A noble, polite employee. I fulfilled all requests, went to a meeting, was in touch at any time of the day. Daily room cleaning. I especially liked that the transfer was taken to al Sufur beach, and not to Marina Beach (where there are a lot of people and it is not clean). I will definitely recommend this hotel👍

I liked the hotel: adequate prices, my girlfriend and I had a chic room with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a staff room, 2 large dressing rooms, 3 bathrooms.nodes (2 with a bath, 1 with a shower), 2 balconies with stunning views of Dubai and a table with armchairs. The kitchen is excellent on the 1st floor - a huge selection of dishes, drinks, fruits, desserts 2 chefs who prepare your order with you. Also in the room there is a washing machine, an ironing board with an iron, a microwave, any teas and coffee, fresh bottled water every morning and room cleaning. The staff are mostly Hindus, very friendly, even a Russian-speaking Indian met us, helped us a lot to navigate the hotel. On the 2nd floor there is a swimming pool and a recreation area, and the hotel also has many meeting rooms (conference halls), there is a gym. We were very satisfied. A real Arabic fairy tale!

The audibility in the rooms is great, there is a hole under the door, you can hear the elevator coming, and so in general the hotel is beautiful and cool!

Terrible service, two towels are brought for 4 people, there are no toothbrushes, there is a washing machine in the room - but there are no detergents, the hotel is on renovation, there is a construction site nearby that no one warns about! the food is monotonous, frankly not tasty, a small assortment! The pool is scanty. For me, it was the worst hotel in all of Dubai.
The only thing that was pleasant there was the staff!
