1. Understaff in main restaurant during holidays and weekends.
2. Boat trips to the beach cancelled every day (made reservations four days in a row, one day before - no help).

We stayed at this hotel with our family. What can you say about the Royal M Hotel? Only positive emotions remained from the rest at this hotel. Location, kitchen, friendly and helpful staff, in general, I liked everything. If you intend to visit the Emirates, then go in October, November. During this period, the weather is comfortable and the prices are reasonable. In December, prices for hotels and flights are already on the rise. I know from experience. I definitely recommend it!
