Review of Airtouch coloring in the Celebrity salon. I signed up for almost a month, sent the master photos of my hair, references of what I want to get in the end (from the works of the master himself!), we discussed the price - 250 rubles. The day before the recording, no one had previously called to clarify if I would be there, so I wrote to find out if everything was in force. On the day of coloring, I was already sitting in my chair, I was told that if I did such coloring, it would cost "320-350 rubles", !that's how much I eventually paid!, and if I want to invest the agreed 250, then I was offered "alternative" ways of coloring, but which, of course, I did not expect, I agreed to pay extra, because I warned in advance that I would have a long trip the next day and needed beautiful hair. Of course, if the final price had been written initially, it would have been possible to choose another salon or another master, but there is nowhere else to go. During the 5 hours I spent in the salon, they didn't even offer me a glass of water, despite the fact that I was the only customer there (which indicates their disgusting customer orientation). As a result, from the request to make a beautiful stretch of color from dark roots and light, cool-colored tips, we get some kind of gray-ashy blonde total. So when the master posted my hair in stories, I didn't even recognize it! after all, I'm literally GRAY or gray-haired. And I would have understood if I had saved money, but the price tag is Minsk, the desired result is not achieved, and the mood is spoiled for the whole trip. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
