The hall is quite small, it's a bit cramped when there are a lot of people. A wide variety of simulators. The staff is polite, prompt, and helpful. It's clean and tidy, both the gym and the locker room.

It's a good gym, and there are many different fitness equipment that other gyms don't have. I just don't really like the bench press. And the atmosphere in the hall is rotten, the people are all squeezed and each of them thinks that he is Mr. Olympia.
