We brought our Audi to the service for air conditioning repair. The car stayed there for two days—they told us it would be ready by the evening, but it wasn’t. They kept stalling. They eventually said it was fixed, so we picked it up, but by the evening the AC wasn’t working at all—we were roasting from the heat. We took it back, and for 7 more days they tried to fix the air conditioning, but there are still parts that don’t work. The workmanship was terrible. I spoke to another technician in a different city, and he asked, “Did they check these parts?”—things that hadn’t even crossed their minds. I’ve ended up wasting money on a service that kept promising “it’ll be ready by evening” but did absolutely nothing. A truly disappointing experience.
