There were a lot of people in the evening, the waitresses were constantly confused about the orders, they brought the wrong thing. Drinks on pre-order were carried for 30 minutes, it's very difficult to make coffee, apparently. They don't give you any change. And for all this, they add another 15% for the service. They owe the visitors for such service, not the other way around. I recommend another place if you decide to eat.
