An excellent hotel for both urban and beach holidays in Dubai.
Comparatively low price for accommodation. The food is much better than in other hotels, delicious omelets for breakfast. The hotel is located in a good area, with many shops and inexpensive and delicious restaurants nearby. Buses run from the hotel every day (and in winter) to popular beaches and shopping malls. A large number of tourists from different countries always rest in the department, so queues are possible for breakfast, it is better to arrive before 9. The rooms are normal, there is a kettle, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. But the rooms have dirty glass on the outside, which slightly spoils the impression of the rooms. On the 29th floor there is a gym and a cafe from where you can view the city from a height.
The hotel consists of two buildings (apartments and a hotel), on the 1st floor there is a passage between them, and for breakfast you can go to either one or the other (the food is the same everywhere).

I urgently chose a tour , I was satisfied with the room , the room is clean , the rooms are cleaned very well ! Friendly staff! The hotel has a swimming pool, fitness equipment, sauna, salon and much more. I was all in excursions all the time and did not have time for breakfast , the staff collected delicious food and coffee with me , it was very nice to have such an attitude, I was pleased that every day there is a different kitchen . The hotel is close to almost all the sights , which is also very important when traveling.

Nice hotel and apartments. The staff is polite, many speak Russian. The breakfast buffet is very varied. Everything is delicious. The chefs prepare omelets and pancakes on the outdoor terrace. Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel for a week. Everything is fine. Good staff. Convenient location.
It's not the center , but it 's not a deep suburb either .
The metro is 10 minutes away, and the Dubai Marina is 4 stations away.
There are 6 stations to Burj Khalifa.
Everything is comfortable.
Yes, there are construction sites nearby, but they are almost everywhere, the city is being built very quickly, but there is no dust or noise.
Delicious, comfortable food, we do not compare with Turkey, where they feed as if the apocalypse is tomorrow))))))
I wish there was a bigger pool, but that was enough for us.
Transportation to JBR beach 2-3 times a day is free of charge.

Nice hotel in Dubai. Excellent price/quality ratio. Nice rooms, nice pool. Breakfast/dinner buffet the choice is large but monotonous. It is located far from the coastline and from the metro. A lovely new hotel, with clean rooms and relatively new furniture and appliances. But there were disadvantages: a) the food is of the same type and mostly Hindu. We took breakfast and went to dinner once. In general, the breakfasts are of the same type and meager. You will say these are breakfasts, they cannot be saturated, but I will say that they can, in my experience in the city hotels in Dubai, in which we visited, the breakfasts were so saturated that lunch was not needed as a whole - there were red fish sliced of different types, and fruits both sliced and whole (y we had only sliced in this hotel), different types of porridge (oatmeal is the point here, they do not make other types), yoghurts in boxes, yoghurts so to speak on tap (there was also one bowl with one yogurt, even in one hotel they served soup for breakfast (you never know how anyone wants to start the day). And here are good eggs, in terms of making you a different version of scrambled eggs and omelette, and a good coffee from the coffee machine. The rest is meager, and in Hindu. Dinner was generally better and we liked it at the beginning (regarding breakfast), but when we went to a nearby hotel for dinner, which is a cheap apartment hotel where there are really a lot of Indians, we were pleasantly surprised. Firstly, the price is three times lower (we had almost 150 dirhams per person, there are 48 dirhams), and secondly, yes, there were also many specific Indian dishes, but European cuisine was more widely represented than in our hotels. Why do I mean this, the hotel is quite popular among different nationalities, it is clearly not bypassed by Europeans, and people from the post-Soviet space, yes, I understand that the main demand is still for Indians, since, sorry, they occupied Dubai. But! The same certain level of services already, you are an unprepared apart-hotel of a local spill, so to speak, where there is a variety in food!. Of the minuses, I will also note the constant problems with the cards, then they are demagnetized, then the batteries need to be changed in the room lock. It seems stupid, but when you went up to the 13th floor (and according to our 18, considering all the floors with parking lots), you go to the door and slap back, wait six months for the elevator down (with a full landing, so to speak, elevators still can't cope with such a flow of people, usually you have to wait 5 minutes for it - also a small one minus), you stomp on the other side, since you are in a tower where there is no reception under you and then there is a back door. It's a little thing, but if you repeat it several times during the rest, it's annoying. About the location. In general, the norms. But the subway is a long way away. For me personally, it's normal to walk 15-20 minutes to the subway, but it's still hard for my mother with sore legs. As for the cafes around, it's sparse, but there are. In general, you will not stay hungry. There is an exchanger within walking distance of 5-10 minutes, as well as a karefor grocery store. And now the advantages of the rooms are comfortable, a kitchen with a stove and a microwave oven, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer. In general, as in good devices. One of the disadvantages is a slow drain in the shower. And the biggest plus of the hotel as for a tourist who came for a vacation, shuttles. Three shuttles to three different beaches (take a paid one, it's deserted and comfortable there, jbr is always crowded, kite is better in terms of people, but also not necessary once at a time), three shuttles to different malls, two shuttles to outlets, one to the park. In general, thanks to them, we didn't need the subway as a whole. Shuttles run repeatedly throughout the day. And in general, it's not so difficult to say to sign up or get on them. Once there were a lot of people from our hotel on jbr (shuttles mostly serve several hotels at the same time) and not all got in, but the next day, we were already on our way and the bus was already half empty. You don't have to do it once in a while. But such a problem was only with the shuttle on jbr. In general, a good new four, but since it is new, it could be better!

It's a lovely hotel.As always, after reading some not very good reviews, it was scary what was waiting for us. But the hotel fully met our expectations. Everything is always clean, water is brought for free almost every day, beds are made, garbage is taken out.
No things were missing, as they wrote in the reviews.
The only thing that was a disadvantage for us:
1) There was no balcony and there was nowhere to dry things at all;
2) The towels were changed only 2 times during the whole time, although there were a lot of them, but we all used them and they were wet.
The food was very tasty, there was a variety, but not just huge buffets, but we always ate too much (seafood and meat were sometimes offered for an additional fee. Of course, if you find fault rather than relax, you can always find disadvantages. We only came to the hotel to get some sleep and immediately go on to see Dubai.😍
If you take breakfast and dinner and go somewhere in the evening, you can change dinner for lunch, it's very convenient.
There was only one Russian-speaking staff member at the reception.
The location is very convenient, close to all the attractions. A couple of shops nearby. (Alcohol store is 10 minutes away on foot))))
On the 29th floor there is a restaurant and a hookah bar with a beautiful view, it's a pity that we found out about it on the last day.
The pool is warm, 2 deep and 2 children's pools. There were always free deck chairs, and towels were provided there. There is nothing free near the pool)
And the buses to the beach were always busy😁 We caught it back to the hotel once already, but that's not critical either.
In general, we were very satisfied, and we would have returned there 100%.

A week of rest at this hotel from the tour operator.
+ I was lucky with the room: they gave me an apartment instead of the usual one, a large room with a balcony
+ clean, cleaning/linen change every day
+ pool: two large and two small for children, there was plenty of room for everyone in February, but it's likely to be cramped in summer
+no deposit is charged, only the tax is 15 dirhams/night
+there is a gym
- the location of the hotel, I love this area, the area is full of cafes/supermarkets/ pharmacies, 15 minutes walk to the metro
- check-in is only from 14, they won't check in at all before, on the day of arrival there was a crowd of people in the lobby who were waiting for check-in, it was noisy and uncomfortable, there was nowhere to sit down, the whole Hall was packed with suitcases
- I didn't like the breakfasts at all, either there were eggs waiting in line, or there wasn't much to knock out, sometimes there weren't enough places and there were queues.
-elevators, there are 5 of them per tower, you have to wait a long time, then you ride it until everyone is tired, in general, you waste time on the elevator
Overall, a good hotel, but personally I was disappointed with the breakfasts.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, clean, very friendly staff.
The location is not very convenient, 10-15 minutes by taxi to the sea, but in this regard, an affordable price. The view from the window of the 32nd floor is magnificent. The hotel restaurant turned out to be not too tasty and quite expensive, but the staff did everything to make us comfortable!

I liked everything, almost perfectly. The staff is very polite, many people know Russian, and English is everything. The rooms are very comfortable, they are cleaned every morning, the bed is changed. The kitchen is excellent — buffet, the selection is very large, everything is very tasty. There is only one cook who sometimes cooks unbearably spicy baked potatoes. The pool is small, but there was always enough space for everyone, but it only works until 8 pm. It's a 20—minute walk to the subway, but in 40 degree heat it's a test. That's why we always took a taxi. The center is 15 km away. On a Lexus (they always stand at the entrance) to the Dubai Mall fix the price is 80 AED, on a Camry — about 50. It's a long walk to the sea. There are transfers at certain times to the beaches and some shopping centers, but I have never used them. Now to the cons. We paid for 6 days and 5 nights with 2 meals a day (breakfast and dinner), arrived at the hotel in the morning, but we were told to check in according to international rules at 14:00, there are no rooms available, and we are not allowed breakfast without check-in. At the airport they said it would be postponed for lunch, but at the hotel they said they were not transferring anything. I had to have breakfast for 300 dirhams, after which the available rooms immediately appeared. If you are on an excursion from morning to night, and missed meals, this is also your problem, you will not get anything, even though it is paid for. Check-out at 12:00 according to international rules, you can stay anywhere in the hotel, but meals are at your own expense. Do not order a hookah, it is bitter from the very beginning, 79 aed to the wind.

We visited in February 2025. The metro station is 1.7 km away, 20 minutes on foot. The hotel provides transfers to several malls, Blue Waters Island, and JBR Beach. We used these transfers and saw interesting places in Dubai, where you can only go by taxi. The transfer bus was picking up tourists from several hotels in the area and everyone was on their way. The room is large, very comfortable and thoughtful, the bathroom is excellent, the shower accessories were provided every day. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the desert and the racetrack. We took breakfast, monotonous every day, we had to stand in line to get there, to get coffee, to get an omelet... it was stressful. The hotel staff was friendly, and it was obvious that the hotel was under security, which was good. There is not enough space in the pool and there were not enough sun beds, the transfer to the beaches is not convenient in time, since in the heat itself they also take you to the very heat ((( if an hour earlier, it would be more convenient. The hotel has left the best memories of itself!

Общая информация
В радиусе 10-15 минут пешком много супер/мини-маркетов и кафе, есть магазин прямо за отелем. Кафе могу порекомендовать Bench: вкусно, не сильно дорого, пару раз туда ходили.
Рядом есть обменники, в самом отеле нет обмена.
При заселении нужно будет заплатить налог 15AED за каждый день пребывания.
Улучшить категорию номера не предлагали, может все занято было, а может просто нет такой практики, если попросите показать разные номера отказать не должны.
В отеле есть небольшие сувенирные лавки: духи, сумки, браслеты и т.п и сладости, цены не особо выше.
Трансферы есть. Забирают от главного входа. Обратите внимание, что иногда быстрее будет добраться на метро + ногах, чем на трансфере, в основном это вечернего времени касается.
Отель состоит из двух жилых зданий (башней): апартаменты и номера.
До метро 10-15 минут пешком.
Впечатление от отеля положительное, не разу не было мыслей о том, что возможно стоило снять другой отель.
Про номер.
Мы снимали апартаменты: DBL Premium Studio (пожили в 1323, 2823 и 1127 - первые 2 цифры этаж).
ХХ23 - угловые номера во всей башне, светлые, просторные с видом на город и гольф поле, т.е. противоположная сторона от "пустынного" поля, с балконом. + немного видно Бурдж-Халифа, часть пальмы, отель Атлантис, кусочек колеса (видно на 28 этаже).
ХХ27 - ничего особенного, без балкона, одно окно, наполнение номеров одинаковое, но по сравнению с ХХ23 нам было в нем не очень комфортно.
В самом номере 3 розетки не РФ (нужен переходник, хотя и без него работает), есть 2 USB порта в столе, заряжают быстро.
Есть стиральная машина (нужно покупать/везти с собой порошок или капсулы), микроволновка, большой холодильник с морозильной камерой. Если планируете готовить, есть сковородка + газовая плита и посуда. Средств для мытья посуды, губок, полотенец и т.п. нет.
Есть фен, утюг, гладильная доска, даже весы можно попросить (в 3-ех из 2 номеров были сразу).
Номера по состоянию нормальные, ничего не течет, не отваливается, не воняет и не в плесени, чисто.
На некоторых балконах видел сушилки для одежды, вероятно можно попросить.
Зубной пасты и щеток не выдают.
Есть гель для душа, шампунь, лосьон для тела, халаты, полотенца.
Про бассейн.
Бассейн теплый, на фото кажется что маленький, в реальности побольше и места было достаточно + есть 2 детских бассейна по бокам от основных.
На бассейне выдают полотенца, можно ли взять их с собой на пляж, не подскажу.
Лежаков достаточно много, не на весь отель разумеется, однако для своего спокойствия, лучший вариант, после завтрака сразу занять места, которые нравятся, а не которые останутся, если успеете.
Про еду
Брали завтраки + ужины, вкусно, относительно разнообразно. Ужин можно на обед поменять, в самом ресторане, непосредственно перед самим обедом: приходим в ресторан, говорим, что хочется взять обед сегодня вместо ужина, проходим обедать.
Можно собрать еду с собой, накладываем в тарелку, подходим к девушке на входе, она попросит упаковать, а вы в этот момент бумажку подпишите, не вникал что написано, вероятно что-то про соблюдение чистоты и т.п.

I want to share my positive experience of staying at Millennium Place Barsha Heights Apartments in Dubai. It was a great choice for our trip!
The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We felt at home thanks to the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.

Great hotel. We were vacationing with my husband. We were placed on a higher floor upon request. Dubai Marina is 15 minutes away by taxi, and Jumeirah is also 15 minutes away. There is a free shuttle service to various locations. The cuisine is good and varied. Very friendly staff, always ready to help in any matter. There is a restaurant in the hotel and a hookah bar on the 29th floor. I definitely recommend it, the price and quality are better even than in expensive hotels. Great hotel! There were 3 adults and 1 child of 2 years old on vacation. Clean, fresh, it is clear that the hotel is new. The staff is very responsive and helpful. Beautiful modern hotel, spacious rooms with all necessary facilities for living and cooking. The hotel always has a taxi, and there is a shuttle service to the beach. Great hotel. I liked everything.
There are some nuances, but it's like everywhere else.
To kite beach by appointment only, bus for only 11 people. We signed up at 12 a.m., so we left without any problems. Once we decided to go to a free beach, the bus was already full and almost no one got in from our hotel, they don't take it standing up. People were very upset, there was certainly no connection. One bus for several different hotels. It was a shame. We went to the pool, but there are no more places there at this time. We didn't risk going to a free beach anymore, so we signed up for a kite beach.
Meals are monotonous, but you won't be hungry. The queue for omelets was sometimes half an hour long. It is better to come to breakfast by 8, if later, you may not find a place and stand for scrambled eggs for a very long time. We didn't take it, but I just watched as we ate on the terrace.
I recommend the Global Village for sightseeing, we were delighted. We drove by ourselves from the Emirates Mall. There is a bus station, bus 106 fare 12 dirhams,payment by card on the bus. It takes half an hour to drive if there are no traffic jams. It's better to go there on weekdays and it's cheaper and there are fewer people.
We took the subway everywhere. Frame, Museum of the Future,Dubai Marina, BH,Bluewaters.We had a great rest.

The hotel is 1.5 km away from the metro. There are no parks nearby to walk in the evenings, you definitely need to go somewhere, you won't starve to death for 2*, of course, but 4* wasn't anywhere near it at all. Very greedy staff, checked in at the wrong time, arrived at 10:30, checked in at 14:30 barely. In the morning, you can queue for breakfast for 30 minutes in the hallway while others are eating. Towels were requested every time after cleaning. In general, we definitely won't go to the hotel anymore. At dinner, they give water only from drinks, which stinks of raw fish. On the day of check-in, we were not allowed to have breakfast because there is no room yet, and on the day of departure we were not allowed to have lunch because the room had already been rented.

I really liked the hotel. I was upgraded to a larger room with a huge balcony. The quality of the room is great. The hotel has cool pools, next to the pool there is a pool bar with natural very tasty smoothies. On the penultimate floor there is a comfortable, sparsely populated hall. A great hotel in every sense. Everything is great, depending on the location of the hotel (metro is a 15-minute walk away), to the cleanliness of the rooms and the responsiveness of the staff.
Since the fish is delicious here, I haven't eaten anywhere else!

It's a good hotel, of course the rooms are damp and cold, but it's not the hotel's fault. Everything is clean, cleaning is daily, the pool is always with free sun beds. The staff is English-speaking. On food: the assortment is meager, but not for the particularly picky like me, you will not starve. It is possible to sign up for a shuttle if you come up to kite beach in a day, we went by a hotel bus.
There is a hookah bar on the 26th floor, we lived on the 23rd with a sea view. Thank you 🙏

I had a rest in December 2024. The staff is wonderful! The room had everything: a refrigerator, a board with an iron, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a microwave, a stove for cooking, even scales!
The room was cleaned every day.
The only thing that bothered me at first was the air conditioner, it didn't turn off, but then it turned out that the hotel had such a system. Then I stopped noticing him. WiFi was immediately connected upon check-in. The buffet in the restaurant is very varied and delicious! There is a shuttle service to the beach, to shopping centers. I would like to come back here again!

We are currently staying at this hotel. Everything is fine with the accommodation and food, everything is at a good level. The location is good, the metro is 15-20 minutes on foot. There are many shops and cafes nearby. Carrefoor supermarket , pharmacy, currency exchange 5 minutes on foot. The staff is very nice.
