I want to share my positive experience of staying at Millennium Place Barsha Heights Apartments in Dubai. It was a great choice for our trip!
The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We felt at home thanks to the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.
I would especially like to note the convenient location of the complex: there are many shops, restaurants and entertainment nearby. It is also worth mentioning the high level of safety and comfort on the territory.

I urgently chose a tour , I was satisfied with the room , the room is clean , the rooms are cleaned very well ! Friendly staff! The hotel has a swimming pool, fitness equipment, sauna, salon and much more. I was all in excursions all the time and did not have time for breakfast , the staff collected delicious food and coffee with me , it was very nice to have such an attitude, I was pleased that every day there is a different kitchen . The hotel is close to almost all the sights , which is also very important when traveling.

A lovely new hotel, with clean rooms and relatively new furniture and appliances. But there were disadvantages: a) the food is of the same type and mostly Hindu. We took breakfast and went to dinner once. In general, the breakfasts are of the same type and meager. You will say these are breakfasts, they cannot be saturated, but I will say that they can, in my experience in the city hotels in Dubai, in which we visited, the breakfasts were so saturated that lunch was not needed as a whole - there were red fish sliced of different types, and fruits both sliced and whole (y we had only sliced in this hotel), different types of porridge (oatmeal is the point here, they do not make other types), yoghurts in boxes, yoghurts so to speak on tap (there was also one bowl with one yogurt, even in one hotel they served soup for breakfast (you never know how anyone wants to start the day). And here are good eggs, in terms of making you a different version of scrambled eggs and omelette, and a good coffee from the coffee machine. The rest is meager, and in Hindu. Dinner was generally better and we liked it at the beginning (regarding breakfast), but when we went to a nearby hotel for dinner, which is a cheap apartment hotel where there are really a lot of Indians, we were pleasantly surprised. It's a little thing, but if you repeat it several times during the rest, it's annoying. About the location. In general, the norms. But the subway is a long way away. For me personally, it's normal to walk 15-20 minutes to the subway, but it's still hard for my mother with sore legs. As for the cafes around, it's sparse, but there are. In general, you will not stay hungry. There is an exchanger within walking distance of 5-10 minutes, as well as a karefor grocery store. And now the advantages of the rooms are comfortable, a kitchen with a stove and a microwave oven, a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer. In general, as in good devices. One of the disadvantages is a slow drain in the shower. And the biggest plus of the hotel as for a tourist who came for a vacation, shuttles. Three shuttles to three different beaches (take a paid one, it's deserted and comfortable there, jbr is always crowded, kite is better in terms of people, but also not necessary once at a time), three shuttles to different malls, two shuttles to outlets, one to the park. In general, thanks to them, we didn't need the subway as a whole. Shuttles run repeatedly throughout the day. And in general, it's not so difficult to say to sign up or get on them. Once there were a lot of people from our hotel on jbr (shuttles mostly serve several hotels at the same time) and not all got in, but the next day, we were already on our way and the bus was already half empty. I liked everything, almost perfectly. The staff is very polite, many people know Russian, and English is everything. The rooms are very comfortable, they are cleaned every morning, the bed is changed. The kitchen is excellent — buffet, the selection is very large, everything is very tasty. There is only one cook who sometimes cooks unbearably spicy baked potatoes. The pool is small, but there was always enough space for everyone, but it only works until 8 pm. It's a 20—minute walk to the subway, but in 40 degree heat it's a test. That's why we always took a taxi. The center is 15 km away. On a Lexus (they always stand at the entrance) to the Dubai Mall fix the price is 80 AED, on a Camry — about 50. It's a long walk to the sea. There are transfers at certain times to the beaches and some shopping centers, but I have never used them. Now to the cons. We paid for 6 days and 5 nights with 2 meals a day (breakfast and dinner), arrived at the hotel in the morning, but we were told to check in according to international rules at 14:00, there are no rooms available, and we are not allowed breakfast without check-in. At the airport they said it would be postponed for lunch, but at the hotel they said they were not transferring anything. I had to have breakfast for 300 dirhams, after which the available rooms immediately appeared. If you are on an excursion from morning to night, and missed meals, this is also your problem, you will not get anything, even though it is paid for. Check-out at 12:00 according to international rules, you can stay anywhere in the hotel, but meals are at your own expense. Do not order a hookah, it is bitter from the very beginning, 79 aed to the wind.

There were hotels in this hotel from 08/27/2024 to 09/13/2024, I liked everything, 2 large pools,2 paddling pools, breakfasts are monotonous, but everyone will find something for breakfast, lunches can be changed to dinners if desired, which we did, themed dinners, cuisine of different peoples of the world, for the most part everything is spicy, but nevertheless it was delicious, the room was in the main building on the 11th floor with a balcony, street view, no noise was heard. The room is clean, of course there are flaws, as everywhere, especially in the bathroom, you can see, the air conditioner does not work noisily, there is no remote control, it is built into the wall, of course you need to adapt, we turned it off at night, turned it on in the morning if it is hot. the room is cleaned every day. they replenish water, tea, coffee, and sugar. The staff speaks Russian well. But at the reception only in English, at the end of the vacation we only met a manager who speaks Russian, she is from Kazakhstan. The hotel is a 10-15-minute walk from the metro. through 1 Emirates Mall station. There are free buses from the hotel to the Mercata Mall (don't waste your time on it, the mall is beautiful but that's it), we didn't like the Dubai Village Outlet. THERE IS NO SHUTTLE SERVICE TO DUBAI MALL.

The hotel is good!

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, clean, very friendly staff.

В радиусе 10-15 минут пешком много супер/мини-маркетов и кафе, есть магазин прямо за отелем. Кафе могу порекомендовать Bench: вкусно, не сильно дорого, пару раз туда ходили.
Рядом есть обменники, в самом отеле нет обмена.
При заселении нужно будет заплатить налог 15AED за каждый день пребывания.
Улучшить категорию номера не предлагали, может все занято было, а может просто нет такой практики, если попросите показать разные номера отказать не должны.
В отеле есть небольшие сувенирные лавки: духи, сумки, браслеты и т.п и сладости, цены не особо выше.
Трансферы есть. Забирают от главного входа. Обратите внимание, что иногда быстрее будет добраться на метро + ногах, чем на трансфере, в основном это вечернего времени касается.
Отель состоит из двух жилых зданий (башней): апартаменты и номера.
До метро 10-15 минут пешком.
Впечатление от отеля положительное, не разу не было мыслей о том, что возможно стоило снять другой отель.
Про номер.
Мы снимали апартаменты: DBL Premium Studio (пожили в 1323, 2823 и 1127 - первые 2 цифры этаж).
ХХ23 - угловые номера во всей башне, светлые, просторные с видом на город и гольф поле, т.е. противоположная сторона от "пустынного" поля, с балконом. + немного видно Бурдж-Халифа, часть пальмы, отель Атлантис, кусочек колеса (видно на 28 этаже).
ХХ27 - ничего особенного, без балкона, одно окно, наполнение номеров одинаковое, но по сравнению с ХХ23 нам было в нем не очень комфортно.
В самом номере 3 розетки не РФ (нужен переходник, хотя и без него работает), есть 2 USB порта в столе, заряжают быстро.
Есть стиральная машина (нужно покупать/везти с собой порошок или капсулы), микроволновка, большой холодильник с морозильной камерой. Если планируете готовить, есть сковородка + газовая плита и посуда. Средств для мытья посуды, губок, полотенец и т.п. нет.
Есть фен, утюг, гладильная доска, даже весы можно попросить (в 3-ех из 2 номеров были сразу).
Номера по состоянию нормальные, ничего не течет, не отваливается, не воняет и не в плесени, чисто.
На некоторых балконах видел сушилки для одежды, вероятно можно попросить.
Зубной пасты и щеток не выдают.
Есть гель для душа, шампунь, лосьон для тела, халаты, полотенца.
Про бассейн.
Бассейн теплый, на фото кажется что маленький, в реальности побольше и места было достаточно + есть 2 детских бассейна по бокам от основных.
На бассейне выдают полотенца, можно ли взять их с собой на пляж, не подскажу.
Лежаков достаточно много, не на весь отель разумеется, однако для своего спокойствия, лучший вариант, после завтрака сразу занять места, которые нравятся, а не которые останутся, если успеете.
Про еду
Брали завтраки + ужины, вкусно, относительно разнообразно. Ужин можно на обед поменять, в самом ресторане, непосредственно перед самим обедом: приходим в ресторан, говорим, что хочется взять обед сегодня вместо ужина, проходим обедать.
Можно собрать еду с собой, накладываем в тарелку, подходим к девушке на входе, она попросит упаковать, а вы в этот момент бумажку подпишите, не вникал что написано, вероятно что-то про соблюдение чистоты и т.п.

The hotel is great. The rooms are clean. The kitchen in the rooms has a minimum set of dishes, enough to cook something simple. (If you did not come to rest but to sit in the room.)

I stayed at the hotel from 07/25.24 to 07/29.24, I had deluxe and full board meals. I'll start with the fact that I arrived in the morning and they checked me in early, at 12.30, it was nice that they didn't keep me waiting.
The staff is very polite, everyone is smiling.
I really liked the room, it was spacious and clean, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, I had a view of the pool.
The pool area, although small, was full of space (possibly due to the off-season). I would like to note that the towels were given out clean and good, and not old and leaky as in some hotels.
About breakfasts, lunches and dinners - there is not much choice, but the food is of high quality, almost every day there was fish, there were mussels and shrimps, very tasty desserts and soups! The tables were cleaned very quickly, always in perfect order.
There is a gym on the 29th floor with a great view of the city! Locker room with shower and toilet, water cooler and cups. While I was studying, I constantly watched how the staff wiped the simulators with means for dysenfection.
By the way, the hotel is non-alcoholic, you can't drink on the territory, you can't buy it either, you can only drink in your room, but this did not prevent me from having a good time.
It is very convenient that there are free transfers to different beaches and shops. I also think the hotel has a convenient location, I left the Dubai Marina by taxi, 22 dirhams came out.

I had a rest in December 2024. The staff is wonderful! The room had everything: a refrigerator, a board with an iron, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a microwave, a stove for cooking, even scales!
The room was cleaned every day.

I liked both the hotel and the room. There are a lot of service personnel. Several check-in counters, a concierge desk, recreation areas, small shops - all this on the so-called Ground floor (G), Then 3 floors of parking and already 1 floor above the parking lot. There are 2 dining rooms, similar rooms for hotel staff and an outdoor outdoor area with 2 pools, sun loungers, tables, chairs, benches, sofas, a walking area. And then the hotel is divided into 2 towers: rooms and apartments. We had a room with a balcony on the 26th floor, which had a beautiful view of the evening Dubai. The staff is smiling and friendly. The hotel is clean. The food is a buffet, normal, cream soups, vegetables, fruits, desserts, chicken, beef. Every day was dedicated to some cuisine of the world.. The hotel is located a little away from the coast, so the air is drier. To get to Kite beach (I recommend this beach free entrance, sunbed + umbrella = 120 dirhams, you can also rent sun beds) you can use a transfer (sign up a day before visiting, as the minibus takes you) In short, we were satisfied with the rest.

Let's start with the pros:
1. Excellent location, literally 10 min walk to the metro, by taxi fast and relatively cheap to Dubai Marina and Jbr beach
2. The staff is very friendly, sincerely trying to help and solve the problem if you are dealing with it.
3. Food, well, for 4. We took half board. It's better to come to breakfast and dinner earlier, otherwise there are a lot of people and they quickly sort everything out. It's not that there's a lot of variety, but you definitely won't stay hungry. Standard eggs, bacon, porridge, and slicing are available. By the way, a very tasty fish is prepared for dinner.
4. We lived in room 2312, the view from it is excellent - it opens onto the city, not a wasteland.
5. There are many grocery stores and pharmacies within walking distance, where you can buy almost anything you want. And in general, the neighborhood is quite cozy, it's nice to just walk there in the evening.
6. Cleaning every day, towels are also changed every day, the bathroom is always clean, beds too, water is also delivered.
By cons:
1. The room on the 4th or 5th day became unbearably damp, at first it just felt, then it smelled. Sometimes you sit on the bed and just feel this dampness..it's just very unpleasant.
2. The air conditioner in the room, I never figured it out...how to make the air drier and not blow so that it blows your brains out. When I checked in, the room was turned on at full power at +19, I probably spent two hours trying to warm up the room with the help of an open balcony.
3. About the bed linen. As I found out later, in this hotel, until you leave a card on the bed asking for a change of linen, no one will change it for you. Although other hotels do it every 3.4 days. Well, okay, we looked at it ourselves. But when we left a card for a change of linen, it was changed for us, but the pillowcases were changed only on one of the two pillows. And it was like that on both beds - it was a shock...
As a result: the location is very convenient, the staff is trying, it can be seen, but the hotel is decently tired. And this moment with the dampness really spoiled the impression.

Our apartments have a kitchen and a washing machine with all necessary accessories. An ironing board with an iron is the first time I see this necessary tool in the room.

I liked everything very much. Cozy rooms, daily high-quality cleaning, delicious food (we took breakfasts and dinners), friendly staff at the restaurant, at the reception, at the concierge desk, helped with any request and with any question. I was pleased with the organization of delivery of residents to different places in the city. The only thing I would like is a bigger bus to Kite Beach.

The hotel itself is not bad, it is cleaned well, there is a small pool. We took breakfast , but they were very meager, which was very surprising. There are many shops and cafes nearby (prices are quite affordable. To the sea, we took a taxi. 40 dirhams. There is a metro station 15 minutes away.

A great hotel, clean, new, beautiful. The room has everything, bathrobe, slippers, shower gel, soap, shampoo, kettle, tea/coffee, but there is no dental kit.
The room is large, with a view of the palm tree in the apartment without a kitchen. The pool is clean, there are always towels, and the sun beds are free too.
There is not much choice of food at breakfast, but there is everything to eat. Usually there are two types of fruits, eggs, sausages, potatoes, vegetables, there are 3/4 types of cupcakes.
On the 29th floor there is a good gym, restaurant and spa

We were settled on time - 26 floors.Cleanly, everything worked - the only thing, the WiFi was flying all the time and the key card refused to work 3 times- but they quickly eliminated it at the reception. THE SUBWAY IS VERY FAR AWAY.We were in the heat- walking and walking- clocked- 21 minutes and this is if without pedestrian crossings, but to cross the roads brazenly (pedestrian crossings are often further away).The food doesn't shine, but we weren't hungry.The DINING ROOM (I didn't miss out) has very good staff.Indian boys work hard! Well done! I was surprised by the approach of the hotel manager.The waiters keep a guy from Turkmenistan who knows Russian, English and more.His poor man is constantly being dragged around, translating here and there.He doesn't have time to clean up the plates- he's on break! Nice city hotel. We were at breakfast - the food is the same, modest, fruits are only in the morning, then they are not added.
The staff is very friendly and cleans the room well. But they do not always put gels and shampoos, even if they are almost out.
The pools are good, there are few people, the sunbed could always be occupied. towels are provided.
Sea transfer is the biggest problem! Several times they could not enter the shuttle, even to the nearest beach. And Kite beach (by the record) is generally a big problem. Registration for the day after tomorrow starts at 12 a.m., i.e. you need to sign up right at 12, there are no places at 3 a.m. The shuttles are very small. If there is such a problem, it is necessary to let in additional ones, and not force people to take a taxi.
But in general, the hotel is quite good, if you don't find fault with the little things!

We rested from July 30, 24 to August 6. Of course, the heat in Dubai 53-57 is certainly not a vacation! The test is for healthy people only!!!
With regard to the hotel, this is the lack of water coolers in the restaurant, as well as in the hotel itself.
There are problems with water, you have to ask for everything.
Even at dinner, the staff pours water. And that's dosed.
The food is 4 solid.
The photos of the pool Area differ from reality, the pools are small, and the area around them is also small.
We don't think we would have stayed at this hotel anymore.

Of the cons: it is impossible to get a transfer to the beach, the record is two days old, the bus arrived, almost full, apparently from another hotel, only 10 people could fit. The beach is far away, you can get there by metro, plus a total of 30 minutes on foot. The metro is 10- 15 minutes away
There are no Russian speakers at the reception.
To take a sun lounger by the pool, you need to come early in the morning, because people put towels and leave.
