Niki Beach is my biggest love! This hotel surprises with its atmosphere and style. Cleanliness reigns everywhere, and a team of employees is always on the lookout, cleaning and maintaining order. The rooms are spacious, bright and with stunning views of the Persian Gulf — I just can't get enough of it!
The spa area is small but cozy, where you can relax with a massage and enjoy fresh fruits and nuts. The breakfasts here are simply delicious — not only delicious, but also beautifully served. The beach is clean and well maintained, and while riding a jet ski, you can admire the magnificent Burj Khalifa.
The hotel is conveniently located near the city center — only 10-15 minutes by taxi, which is very convenient. The room cleaning is top-notch, and the staff is always courteous and ready to help. They even hold the doors!
I definitely want to come back to Niki Beach again! This place has become a real oasis of relaxation and enjoyment for me.

What can I say. It's a great hotel. The service is top notch and the food is delicious. We are having a family vacation, and my husband and I are happy too. I want to thank the girls Sofia and Maria for the excellent service, everything was explained by the restaurant and the menu.But I would like to express my special gratitude to Irada. Thank you so much for explaining everything and showing me that you are the cherry on the cake at this hotel.The staff is friendly, everyone is ready to help if something is not clear, the rooms are very clean. In general, we will come here more than once. Oh, I forgot, the portions in the restaurant are very large, each dish is tastier than the previous one

I am delighted with the time I spent at the Nikki Beach Hotel. An excellent team of hotel staff at the reception, restaurants, by the pool and on the beach. A quiet hotel, delicious food, comfortable beds. I recommend rooms with sea views - you will watch the snow-white sand and blue waters of the sea from your bed. And if you want to dance, go to the beach club of the hotel! It's also great with children

It is beautiful and cozy, one of the best beach clubs in Dubai, but there are many restrictions, age 21 +, or only to the beach, places on the beach if you are without a young lady, then you can not from Fri to Sun, only beds by the pool, but the entire cost is a deposit, prices bite, but tolerable.

A very comfortable boutique hotel in a modern style. A gorgeous wide beach and an open sea in front of your eyes. Being near the port does not interfere in any way. But you need to take a view of the sea, of course! The price difference is big, but for good reason) The beds are comfortable, the linen is soft, the cleaning is excellent. The food in the restaurant is delicious and at breakfast too. The service is different and directly depends on the tip) It's quiet in the evenings and nothing happens, so this is a great option for complete relaxation from morning to evening! Spa and gym, everything is on the level! And for the movement, you can get in a car or taxi and in 15 minutes you are already in the center of Dubai! Alcohol in the hotel bar is expensive, but there is)

A wonderful hotel, it felt like we were in Bali. If you want peace, tranquility, and peace of mind, then go there. And the polite staff will please all requests. A huge beach with white sand and clear azure water. We were a fun company, so we didn't get bored)

We visited this beach. The staff announced to us the cost of entering the beach with sun beds and umbrellas - 300 dirhams for two + 300 dirhams refundable deposit (NOT refundable if you take food and drinks from the beach menu). Access to the pool is at an additional cost.
As soon as we finished the session and decided to leave, we asked for our deposit back, because we didn't take anything from drinks and food. All the employees looked surprised and said that there was no refund of the deposit and never had been. Apparently our cash payment quickly changed their rules))
I do not recommend this beach, the scheme for ripping off money has been worked out at the hotel. It was a good idea to call the hotel management and look at the cameras where our money went, because we were not provided with any checks. Or call the police, but they were still on vacation, I didn't want to waste time on this, but the impression was greatly clouded.

I haven't been to the villas, I haven't rented a room there, but they have a test beach, it's better than La Mayor by an order of magnitude. There are no limiters and you can swim freely. If you go in from the side quietly and imperceptibly, you can buy. The beach itself, as I understand it, is private, only for hotel guests
