The room is clean enough. The opinion about the hotel was spoiled by the lack of an opportunity to have dinner, as there was a banquet in the restaurant, it was not even possible to order food in the room. Breakfast also did not meet expectations.

The room is not bad, but it feels damp. A big minus is the terrible audibility in the room, there were a lot of hotels, but here it's like the neighbors are not behind the wall, but next to you they are talking in your ear. Especially if someone checks in at night when you are already asleep and starts talking to someone on the phone and also on speakerphone, then you hear every word very clearly. The shower didn't drain well. The breakfasts are normal. The location is good, close to the park.

We really liked it!
We were with two small children, we booked a room with a large bed. the staff also brought a cot for our arrival, for which special thanks.
Everyone had a good night's sleep.
the room is nice, clean towels, bed, disposable hygiene products.
the breakfast included in the price is full! it is organized according to the buffet principle. there were scrambled eggs, chicken breast with vegetables, two types of milk porridge (rice and barley, if I'm not mistaken), sliced sausage and cheese, toast, French cheesecake, various juices, green tea, black, and coffee from a coffee machine.
in short, we washed up, slept, ate and drove on!
I recommend it!

The hotel is good. Nice, clean room. A responsive administrator. We arrived late in the evening. They calmly accepted rubles. Of course, the exchange rate is a little tougher than in the exchangers. WiFi is available in the room. Of the cons: we were hungry, but there is no food in the corporate restaurant. I believe that for hotel guests, the opportunity to eat should be either around the clock or as long as possible. There is no parking lot of its own. The car was left on the street in front of the hotel.

A clean, bright hotel. New furniture, good mattresses. Fresh snow-white bed and towels. It's quiet at night, no one makes any noise, we had a good rest. The bathroom is fully equipped.
In the morning I was waiting for a buffet breakfast with a good assortment. Everything is fresh and delicious. A good coffee machine guarantees a cheerful start to a productive day. I definitely recommend it

Wonderful place, friendly staff. The price includes breakfast and a gym. Everything is clean, the room is cleaned not at 9 a.m. but after lunch, which is very good and you can sleep well. Towels are changed every day! Also water and tea. There is a mini bar but we didn't use it! It is a very cozy place and we will visit it again with my husband!!!🥰🥰🥰

We were passing through Kostanay. We stayed at this hotel and did not regret it! Nice room with amenities, ordered dinner in the room - the kitchen is excellent. A good breakfast. I liked the location - the hotel is located on the shore of Tobol, there is a cozy bar on the water.
If we are ever in the city, we will definitely stay here again!
