A wonderful hotel!We rested from 02.11.24 to 12.11.24.The hotel is located in a very good location, near the metro, within walking distance of the Museum of the Future.To get to any part of the city without any problems.Cleaning and changing of linen and towels daily,there are all toiletries,toothbrushes,soap,shower gel,shampoo,conditioner,shaving machines.The room has an ironing board and iron, tea accessories, bottled water every day.The breakfasts are very diverse, excellent cheeses, pastries, dried fruits, omelets, salads, greens, etc.The reception staff is very attentive and helpful.There is a shuttle service to the beach and malls, the only wish is that the return transfer from the beach should be later, at 14-15h.The last transfer from the beach is at 12h.And another small minus is that the windows do not open and there is nowhere to dry underwear, swimsuits.

We had a rest from March 18 to March 25. The hotel has a very convenient location, close to the metro, the Museum of the Future, Dubai Mall and much more. The beach is not close, but there is a daily shuttle service, which is very convenient!There were no difficulties during the check-in, despite the language barrier. We were checked in before 12 : 00 .The rooms are spacious and clean in soothing tones. There is a kettle and it is very convenient.Every day they clean, change towels, linen, bring tea, water, sugar. The staff is very pleasant, smiling, they will always help and prompt.The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, everything is always available. I would like to thank Amaan more for allowing us to check in earlier and leave later! It's nice when they go to a meeting)))I recommend this hotel!(and they also gave us a cake for our anniversary)))

The hotel is excellent, very comfortable rooms, excellent cleaning and service. The room has everything you need: from ironing sets to cosmetics and pleasant cosmetics. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is an interesting spicy smell in the lobby.
The breakfasts have been pumped up, it seems like there is a lot of choice, but the food is tasteless.
As it turned out on the last day, you could order a la carte breakfast in the coffee shop, and it's a hundred times tastier than in the restaurant.

Overall, the hotel left a very good impression, I recommend it. We were from March 8 to March 15, 2025. Excellent breakfasts, close to the metro - the entrance to the WTC is on the left, it takes 5-7 minutes to walk right through it (maps plot a route bypassing the street). The rooms are clean, no adapters are needed (universal sockets), there are bathrobes, slippers, soap, lotion, shampoo, shower gel (there was only no conditioner for hair), a tooth.brushes, razor, B.discs +sticks. Safe, ironing board +iron, refrigerator, kettle, mugs, glasses, tea bags. You can order Americano coffee or milk in the room (unlimited). There is a small shop in the corner of the hotel next to the elevators. The pool area has been renovated, it used to be located differently, sun beds and furniture have been updated, towels are provided. The only disadvantage of the hotel is that two neighboring 3* Ibises (the common owner) can use the pool and saunas, which is why there are always no free sun beds, some "smart guys" can take a towel in the morning. There are about 20-25 sun beds in total, and this is for 3 hotels. The bus also goes through all three hotels starting with ours, the first days were a life-and-death massacre. There are few flights to the beach, but if everyone doesn't go, then they let an additional bus in 5-10 minutes. When we left at 10 o'clock, the driver showed the time back at 12:40, although it is not on the schedule. I really liked the Kite beach, there is a shower, drinking water where to wash my feet, a cafe, an area with awnings, a separate area with sun beds and hot tubs, a paid trampoline for children (on the shore), a promenade along the entire length of the beach (about 3 km). A big plus is that there are no boats, sea entertainment, so it's quiet and peaceful. The nearest La mer beach is abandoned, but the toilets are working, there are no showers, there are a lot of people, we took a taxi about 25 dirhams one way.

As for the location: the metro is nearby, the beach is far away.
But: there are transfers every day, no pre-registration is needed.
There are also transfers to Malls, which is also sooooo convenient.
The staff is responsive, the immediate response to all requests is within their competence.
Among the disadvantages; breakfasts are 100 dirhams (which is 2400-3000 rubles, depending on the course)- this is in case of self-booking.
Very far from the new Al Maktoum airport.

Nice hotel, strong foursome. The rooms are modern, everything you need is present in the room, although there is no coffee machine, only a kettle and tea are free. They also change 2 liters of drinking water in glass bottles every day. The pool is small, there are sun beds, they give out towels for the pool, but you can't take them away, so if you want to go to the beach, then take your own. The food is good, quite varied. The only thing is that after someone has eaten, they don't immediately clean up and set the table again, but you can always ask them to do it. The location of the hotel is convenient, the metro is about 5 minutes on foot, there are 5 different cafes near the metro if you need to eat.

We stayed at the hotel in early April 2024. The hotel is in the city center, close to many attractions. The metro is nearby, the exchange office is nearby, in the exhibition center. Good service at the hotel, the food is monotonous, but delicious. I advise you to take breakfast and dinner. Dinner can be changed to lunch. It will be more expensive to eat in the city. The bus from the hotel takes you to the malls, to the beach. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the beach. Subway fare is 3 dirhams, one trip, buy a silver subway card for 24 dirhams, top up if necessary. Many attractions can be reached by metro. Where the metro does not reach, there is a bus or on foot. You don't have to buy excursions and see everything for yourself. The subway in Dubai is land-based, you will go and see the whole city. Yandex maps or a gis duplicate will indicate the route. I definitely recommend the hotel to those who came for the first time to explore the city. For a seaside holiday, choose a hotel closer to the beaches or other resorts in the UAE.

We are from St. Petersburg. We stopped by the hotel with my husband on 18.12.2024 at 8 a.m. Although, we didn't have to wait to check in after 2 p.m., we were kindly provided with a beautiful room on the 11th floor with a wonderful view! The hotel is incredibly clean, very friendly and helpful staff! There is a girl at the reception who speaks Russian. The restaurant has excellent cuisine, varied dishes, fish, chicken, beef, lots of greens, desserts and very tasty! The room has a kettle, tea, sugar, iron and ironing board. Freshly brewed coffee can be ordered in the room! You can have a great time by the pool, towels are provided. There is a shuttle service to the beach and Malls several times a day. The location is great, near the metro, very convenient. There are 2 metro stops to Burj Khalifa. The room is very spacious, there is a sofa, a safe, the bed is very comfortable! A very decent hotel, fully met our expectations! We recommend it to everyone! And thanks a lot to the staff!🙏🤗👌🌸

A great hotel in the heart of Dubai. It is located near most of the main attractions, 5-10 minutes walk to the metro. It is especially convenient for tourists. The rooms are new, clean, and cleaned every day. There is a kettle and a mini fridge in the room. The staff is polite, the service is excellent. The cuisine is varied and delicious. Your own pool. Great hotel! Good location, 3 minutes to the metro, 5 minutes to the Museum of the future, beautiful view, many cafes of different cuisines of the world! But I wanted to express special gratitude to the employees, they settled in at 8 a.m., they fed me breakfast (by the way, it's very diverse, everything is delicious) any questions were solved in 1 minute. I liked the hotel. It is located 5-7 minutes from the metro. Nice pool. The breakfasts are monotonous, the same thing every day. But you won't be hungry. Lots of good cheeses. They take you to the beach at 9 and 11 o'clock. Back at 10.30, 11.25, 12.25 and 14.25. They take you to different Malls. I recommend the hotel. In front of the museum of the future there is a McDuck, delicious freshly squeezed juice and not expensive fast food.

The hotel is designed for business trips, so it seemed to me that the staff communicates too strictly))) Located in a beautiful area near the metro. There is a transfer to the kite beach. What was very good for me was the first flight (transfer) in the morning to the beach at 9 o'clock. You can leave back at 10.25 and later (every hour for several hours). There are no slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. This is not exactly a minus, just a remark if someone is counting on them.

Excellent hotel, convenient location, near the metro (6 minutes on foot), which takes you to all major locations and Malls (2 stops to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall), the Museum of the Future is a 15-minute leisurely walk away. The staff speaks excellent English, are always ready to help, and are very friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day, and towels were also changed daily.
Breakfast is a buffet, several types of juices, always fresh fruits, several types of bread, various croissants and rolls, fresh vegetables and salads, various omelets, several types of cheeses.
Next time we will take accommodation with lunches/dinners.
Among the disadvantages - not everyone has enough sun beds near the pool, not everyone has a protective canopy from the sun. Two sun beds were always "booked" in the morning by a local employee (perhaps for "their own people", or for paid change)
We had a rest in the middle of March, as a couple, we were satisfied. We'll come here again. I will recommend it to my friends.

Great breakfast. But very important in terms of the opening and closing time of food. You can't pour yourself a drink there, you have to wait and ask the waiter, who are few in the morning. Coffee is not brewed.
If you ask to change dinner for lunch, you need to do it in advance.
But not a convenient transfer time to the sea. And there are unscheduled weekends, about which it is not written anywhere.
They speak only English, but with a strong accent, sometimes it is difficult to understand them.
We stopped by late in the evening, demanded a deposit of $ 100 in cash.
There is a swimming pool, but not a big one, if there are more than 10 people it will be difficult to disperse.
The coffee shop at the hotel is simply incredible prices.

What I didn't have enough - perhaps they don't give out beach towels. There is a transfer to the city beach, but only in the morning. Buses are overflowing. The transfer to the shops does not always correspond to the specified time. And the location itself - there are both pros and cons - close to the center - three metro stations to Dubai Mall. But it's a kilometer to the subway, most of it along the gate of the world trade center - it's beautiful and air-conditioned. But there are no shops and cafes nearby, you have to go to the subway, and it's better to cross the road - it's already 15 minutes in one direction.
The breakfasts are at a high level, but the lunch box is modest.

Within walking distance of the metro, you have to go through the exhibition center, near the Museum of the future, beautiful streets. Transfer to the beach, to two supermarkets. We were not expecting golden toilets, so we REALLY liked the hotel. Thanks to all the hotel staff!

Of the advantages, only the location and the presence of a hammam.
On the downside, the room was constantly damp and did not smell nice. We had a room (female room) for a family of 4 people, but when cleaning, for some reason, only 2 towels were constantly left, despite constant requests, the same applies to tea, mugs, etc. I don't say anything about hygiene products at all, they were only at check-in, they simply weren't left further.
The transfer to the sea is poorly organized, because, firstly, there was not enough space on the bus for everyone on the way back, and secondly, there were very rare intervals between trips. From the hotel at 9 and 11 o'clock, and back at 12 and 15 and that's it.
I was also outraged by the arrogance of the cleaning staff, while we were not in the room, an employee approached my son and insisted that he put a positive review.
In general, I do not recommend it.
