We bought it in a store on the ave. Zhukov chandelier and sconce. Initially, when we bought the wall lamp, three parts were missing. When buying, the consultant said that the parts would be delivered in 6-7 days. They unpacked the wall lamp at home and noticed that another detail was broken. After calling back to the store, we were assured that everything would be delivered in 6-7 days. But 14 days have passed and nothing has been completed or even called back. When we arrived at the store, we found out that no one had even dealt with our issue. I understand that the delivery could have been delayed, but it was possible to call back. Consultants only have the function of selling, but they cannot solve other issues.
