This is the best location in Dubai in my opinion! Everything is fine at the hotel, the service, the food, there is nothing to complain about. The beach is super! the area is very green, the pool is surrounded by greenery, palm trees and tropical trees. We woke up every morning to the beautiful whistling of some birds, as if in the forest, which made us very happy, considering that the room was on the 8th floor and quite high! Along the coast there is a promenade with a variety of bars, hotels, areas with fountains, which is great for kids, our kids were fooling around in the fountains with joy) Cool music is playing all around, everything is clean, beautiful, everything is licked, everything smells of luxury and wealth. The rooms always smell pleasantly of some kind of perfumes, everything is fragrant. Literally across the street is the excellent Nakhil Mall shopping center, where you can meet all your needs. There is also a monorail station, which is very convenient. If you need a quiet place, then this place is not for you, because the location is very party, fun, with loud music everywhere) But at the same time, every family with children of different ages is at the hotel.

I liked the hotel. Good food. Cleaning twice a day. Water, coffee machine, kettle, everything is in the room. The mini-bar was not used. The territory of the hotel is small. The beach is across the boardwalk from the hotel. Half of the beach is being reconstructed. When it is fully launched, it will be fine. The approach to the sea is gentle. Periodically tightens the bottom with algae. There is a small shopping center across the street from the hotel.Overall, the hotel leaves a favorable impression. I recommend you to visit

Excellent pools, a great private beach, slightly dirty water compared to Kite beach, but there are nets and sharks with all kinds of animals will not climb, I hope.
A very good location for families with children, there is everything nearby within walking distance. The location is great! At some points you notice that the building is not new.
The staff is excellent and friendly, although this will not surprise anyone here.

This is an ideal option on a Palm Tree. I stayed there 5-6 times. Always a great service. Large rooms. Two separate pools (for parents with and without children). There are always a lot of Europeans in the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious, but they never change, if you come for a long time, then it gets boring. It is best to register on the Accor network website. There, prices are sometimes cheaper for accommodation and a real understandable discount system through points. They often upgrade a room without money. There are several restaurants on site, but expensive) Near Nakhill Mall. 5 minutes on foot. There is everything there that is not in the hotel) In general, my personal recommendation is)

we had a rest in March 2024. well, such a hotel.Not a bad view, there is a palm alley along the embankment, there is a place to walk in the evening, if anyone needs shops they are all across the street, you don't have to go anywhere.The food is very monotonous, of course everyone ate a lot, but there was no dish of the day, it was always the same.we got into Ramadan , so there was water and juices for dinner, on normal days only for an additional fee.the fee.I absolutely did not like the fact that there were always wild queues in the dining room , there were few tables, there were a lot of people.And in the evening, it's so difficult to get to dinner at all, especially if you have a large family and want to have dinner together at the same table.The hotel also invites guests to dinner. i.e. they come there like to a restaurant and then there is no crowding at all and such a noise is worth it..the rooms seemed to be cleaned every day, the beds were definitely made every day, it was not clear with towels at all, they constantly did not report.The beach is bad .a dense sand-shell embankment.Again, there are a lot of people, few sunbeds.if you stay a little late for breakfast, you will no longer find a place for yourself either by the pool or on the beach.And there are also people who probably occupy a sunbed at dawn and went about their business, and people who come at this time have nowhere to go, everything is already occupied, the services do not collect towels on obviously long-"booked" sun beds.in general, a vacation is good, but for the money that was paid, there are much better options.I do not recommend it

Everyone will find a dish to their taste
Beach and sea: walking distance to the sea. Clean yellow-beige sand, coast and sea.
Pool: awakening affirmation music by the pool. Free sun beds and towels.
Walking: 7 km long boardwalk.
There are points that I would like to improve:
- The interior of the room seemed to have grown tired over time.
- Hanging lamps in the bathroom have not been dusted for a long time.
- The bed linen was clean, but it had a special smell.
- The carpet in the room looked like it had seen a lot of guests.
- The lighting was insufficient.

The disadvantages are growing every year! Meager breakfasts, the beach has been reduced by 2 times and there are not enough sunbeds, it's a queue in the morning! Mattresses and umbrellas are old and torn, the beach is dirty, there is garbage in the water, they smoke right on the sun beds! There is a football area nearby, although it was possible to move away from the sea and put more sun beds! The water in the pool is icy, the only food on the beach is fast food! The shower room on the beach barely works and it was possible to raise the floor so that there was no puddle! Constantly around repairs and noise from construction sites! There is still a lot to write! The hotel is dying! Too bad!

A great hotel on the artificial island of Palma. It's really big, the staff is on top. Very good cuisine of the main restaurant. There is a small Indian restaurant with specifics, but also not bad cuisine. I didn't really like the beach, large sand. The water in the sea is overheating due to the lack of current, the water is standing, blocked from all sides. We also rested in another Firemont in the UAE, but not in Dubai. So, in comparison, Palm is much cooler and more respectable.

Great location. Large rooms with terraces. Comfortable, beautiful places by the pool. Segregation of guests by service level. The hotel is in Arabic style, but is quite concise in design. There is a small place for swimming in the bay. The water blooms (goes out). You can walk along the entire coastline along the shore. The beach at the hotel "beggar". Just really bad.

I had a cool view, a balcony, a hairdryer, towels 250 dirh, a mini-bar (everything is very expensive, buy well in advance if you drink). The food is normal, delicious, but you will find it cooler and tastier in the city for this money. Shops nearby, a shopping center - nothing special, but not bad. Hello, we arrived in Dubai on April 18, waited at the airport for 9 hours, and eventually somehow got to the hotel by 12 o'clock. At the reception, the documents were filled out every 5 minutes, the hotel employee persuaded us to change the room to a room with a sea view, 3 times when I already started swearing that we would not change anything and we sat at the airport for 9 hours, we were finally given the keys to the room. (By the way, no one offered water at the reception or food, considering that there is a collapse in the city and I know that people sit at the airport for days). The one who went up to the room saw that we had a view of the sea.(the next day at the reception, when I asked why we were offered another room
, we were told that if we had changed the view would have been even better) the rooms are spacious. But it is clear that the old ones are already.The room cleaning is terrible. There is a large shopping mall in front of the hotel. Not a bad scarlet where you can walk. We had full board included in the package, but what a surprise it was that drinks were not included in the meal) that is, you come to lunch and eat, but if you want to drink ordinary water, then buy an excellent business plan for $ 20. The food is all monotonous, I have already memorized where and what lies in 7 days. For lunch and dinner, you will be offered several restaurants where I have memorized the same menu. There are water machines near the pool, but they almost always do not work. (by the way, there is a state-owned free vending machine with cold water on the alley on the left side) your breakfasts will start with a queue in the dining room, waiting for the census of who from which room. a gorgeous hotel. the minus was in the beach...big.but for 2 weeks there was no wave ...the water is hot both day and night... both in the showers and in the pool...September 30th is not our time for comfort. a nice bar at the hotel, but expensive, but what about (alcohol) cocktails. dinners, lunches and breakfasts are at the highest level. a room with cosmetics is not cheap. ... everything was great in 2013)

I booked a room through a booking service, where I mistakenly wrote a sea view without a sea view. The staff went to a meeting and, for an acceptable surcharge, eventually gave them a room with a sea view.
And they gave me a presidential suite.

I rested with the children from April 28 to May 3, paid for three meals a day. As a result, the first days lunch was waited for an hour, then one day they said that the restaurant was reserved and did not feed at all. On the second day, we ran out of beach towels and were given out only an hour later. Reception does not solve any questions. There is a queue at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner, because the staff takes a very long time to seat everyone. We paid for a room with a sea view, gave a corner room where the sea is visible if you just look around the corner. A disgusting hotel for that kind of money.
