The experience was good at first. I have a very thorough and nice room cleaning assistant Nadim, and I have very few comments about the room service. Room itself is far from ideal: a small number of sockets, gas which can be switched off accidentally (it is placed near the light switcher), but you can’t switch it on yourself. Then the point which made me just furious. I had a very bad day, hurt the leg and ordered at least Careem Quik as they could deliver the food right to the doorstep. I had two deliveries previously, so I did it intentionally. And then out of nowhere they forbid the currier from the delivery, from even entering. I didn’t get any reasonable explanation, I didn’t even get an adequate receptionist. He used the phrases “Allow me to finish my phrase” and was going to make “an exception” for me. I am very disgusted and will never stay here again. And ask our company from booking it.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel! Mainly because of the convenient location. I recently stayed at this hotel again, and unfortunately I was disappointed. When booking, I indicated that I would arrive early in the morning and requested an early check-in in advance. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the room would not be ready until after 3 p.m. I understand that the rules may be strict, but in such a situation I would like to see more flexibility on the part of the staff. I had to wait, in a disgusting state, for several hours in the lobby, and this significantly spoiled the overall impression of the stay. When asked to invite the manager, he was told at the meeting. I hope that in the future the hotel will be able to implement its early check-in policy and provide its guests with great comfort!!!
