It's just a terrible place to live. The houses are built with wells. children are constantly screaming in the courtyards, there are a lot of them here. and steadily until one o'clock in the morning (!). where their parents are looking is not clear.
the audibility in the houses is fantastic: you will hear everything the neighbors do, and they will hear you.
water is turned off regularly and without warning: both hot and cold.
