Leaves much to be desired: landscaping in the yard, asphalt with deep breaks, cleanliness in the entrances, work on yard lawns, lights and water are often turned off. The condition of the elevators on the 1st floor will be very sad in six months or a year. I'm talking specifically about house 16/3.
