A good hotel, I tried to stay in several more hotels in the area, even with big stars (as a result, in other hotels there is noise at night, then it is impossible to sleep in a smoky room, then the air conditioner works mediocre), eventually I returned to this hotel, and each time I was convinced that for reasonable money in this area it is not better to have a hotel find it. I stayed there 3 times over the course of two years, as always, the staff has a respectful attitude and a positive attitude, the rooms are clean, even if they are not completely freshly renovated, but most importantly they are not smoked anywhere, if they do not stay during a holiday or events, they make discounts on accommodation through third-party applications. Another big plus of the hotel is that the guests are mostly married couples and a lot with children, and quiet children and brought up with respect for adults without whims and overwhelmingly Indian in appearance with a positive and kind attitude, although there are Chinese and other nationalities and also mostly in pairs. In short, a quiet family hotel with no surprises and pleasant service.

a good hotel for your money, you need to understand that it is in the very center of Deira, the working and shopping area is not a resort area, the hotel is clean, comfortable bed, within walking distance from the metro, a good shopping center opposite,amateur breakfasts, all with Indian spices.

Great hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights, something changed in the buffet breakfast every day. The furniture is old, but somehow it didn't bother us. The staff is wonderful. Of course, if you are used to having a rest in a five-star hotel in Turkey for such money, you will be dissatisfied, but you cannot compare here - for a relatively small amount (in Dubai) you have: a delicious breakfast, good staff, 5 minutes to the metro (both branches), 5 minutes to the bus stop, 3 minutes to a good shopping center, relatively inexpensive and not bad street food. In addition, there is a gold market and a hardware market nearby. We liked it.

Great hotel. Good breakfasts. Excellent location near the Union Green/Red line station. There is also a large bus stop, from which buses go anywhere.
The rooms are normal.
Probably the best hotel location in Dubai.
It is also located next to a shopping center. You can get anywhere and it is very convenient.

We stayed at the hotel from 24.12.21 to 07.01.22 in a deluxe double room. The rooms are nice, clean, in our room, on the top floor there was a balcony. It was convenient to sit on the balcony in the evening for a cup of tea or coffee, but there were split systems on the site and it was a little noisy. In the room there is a kettle with a cup and, every day they put tea, coffee, sugar and 0.5 liters of water by the bottle. I cleaned the room daily, it was possible to approach the staff with a request and everything was fulfilled. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, but there was no separation of the shower area from the rest of the area, i.e. when taking a shower, water was poured on the floor and the inclines of the floor were not quite sustained, they did not allow all the water to go to the end, but I got out of the situation by asking the staff to put a towel under my feet at the exit from the bath. The room has air conditioning, TV, but there were no Russian programs. Excellent Wi-Fi, there were no problems with this. Breakfast in the morning was from 8-30, buffet, no frills, but you can have a snack. The main disadvantage for us is that the hot dish was oriented and cooked in Indian cuisine, but as an alternative, you could order an omelet or scrambled eggs. The cost of breakfast is 15 dirhams. Starting from lunch, the cafe worked according to a custom system. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the Union metro and bus stops. We went to the beach by bus C28. Across the street is the Al Gurier shopping center with Karefour, where you can buy both groceries and ready-made food. I recommend the hotel for everyone to stay and relax. On my next trip I will be glad to stay at this hotel.

I'm looking at the photo and I don't believe this is the hotel I'm staying at. The furniture is all terribly old, age-old dirt, not even crumbs were brushed off the chair. I just spent the night there for 16 thousand rubles. And this is some kind of misunderstanding for such money. The toilet is leaking, the air conditioner is screaming. Nothing was ready for our arrival. Although check-in is at 15, and we arrived at 23. The extra bed was paid in advance, we still had to wait for it. They threw some kind of blanket to hide. Although the place is additionally paid for. I had to knock out a normal blanket. So are the towels. They gave me one! Although we took a huge room for three initially. I had to run after everything. The hotel is like a Hindu hotel for Hindus. And the breakfast is the same. In principle, you can eat. But it will be bread with bread and pasta. It's also acute. The hotel was chosen because of its location to the Union metro and the airport and the fact that there is a direct line to the Expo. Across the street there is a shopping center, in the neighborhood there are local shops of everything and local cafes. I booked the hotel directly (the price was negotiable). In the morning I left my suitcase, in the evening I came to check in. In the lobby on the ground floor it is quite pleasant, as well as in the corridors, there is a small restaurant on the ground floor (I took chicken with rice - 10 dirhams). I got a room on the top floor with access to the balcony..whether the balcony is a roof (anyone can walk on it). The room looked as if vandals lived there: a broken door, peeling furniture, torn sockets, wall sconces hanging on snot, like clean but stained linen, I got a torn towel as a bonus, as well as: a mold-covered hole in the ceiling, a torn mirror; the shower is not separated by a partition, so the water in the toilet is well and accordingly, you spread it with your feet all over the room, the water in the shower is barely warm (good summer water). The only thing intact was the TV and a well-frozen refrigerator. There is a kettle, a cup, a mug, tea/coffee and sugar, but there is no spoon (nothing to mix). If I had checked in during the day: I just turned around and left, but it was too late and it was time to change clothes and go to the bar. According to the situation, I thought that there would be a rampage at night, but no - it was quiet and calm. In the morning I had breakfast in a restaurant, the breakfast is very modest: if you ask, they will make an omelet, fry an egg, bread, something like beans in sauce and pieces of fruit (watermelon).

A good hotel for a short stop before departure. It is located 200 meters from the metro, 5 stations to the airport, 10 minutes drive. The area is quiet. The rooms are large, clean. It's quiet at night. The breakfast is modest, but the price is small, about 250 dirhams.
